Needs a massive overhaul
This app crashes like that’s the only thing it was designed to do. I haven’t been able to use this stupid thing in ages. I’ve been relying on calling in my payments over the phone. Horrible experience
Does Not Work
I have both the laptop and mobile versions of the NextGen Patient Portal. The laptop version opens, the mobile version claims my user id or password are invalid, but they work just fine on the laptop version. The mobile version is ready for a tor tag — it is dead.
Not good
I only rated this a one because I can’t rate it a zero. I have never been able to log in on this app or on my browser. The only thing I ever get is that an error has occurred and to try again later. I’ve been trying for over a year!
Trash app
I have one dr on here and everytime i try to login it tells me my password is wrong , I change it and still it says my password is wrong
App Does Not Work
This app is horrible, every single time I try to log on I receive a message saying: “An unexpected problem has occured, please try again later.”
Terrible app
This App needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. I am only able to log in on Chrome or Safari but not the App.
The layout is horrible I was recently on a call to check some documents and was told we’re in the patient portal, but there is nothing there.

Junky App
Poor performance. Right now all I get is a blank white screen.

Terrible app
This is by far the worst app for healthcare that I’ve used. I can’t get past entering the code from Google Authenticator app. I use the Google Authenticator and it works perfectly with other apps. I only have this issue with Nextgen Patient Portal. So, the problem is not with the Google app. I contacted my healthcare provider to help me log into the app. Once successful logged in, I turned off multi-factor authentication. However, the next time I logged into Nextgen it still required an authentication code. I give up. I’m too tired of dealing with this terrible app.

Is it possible to give negative stars?
For over a year, I've been getting ENDLESS HARASSING emails that I have a secure message on this portal. When I log in, I have the little blue number next to my inbox but when I open the inbox, THERE ARE NO NEW MESSAGES. But there are countless COUNTLESS !!!!!!COUNTLESS!!!!!!! messages saying that my patient file has been updated, but when I click into it, THERE ARE NO VISIBLE CHANGES. I've even sat on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours to go over my chart with a fine tooth comb to try to figure out what the heck was updated. HOW CAN THIS APP STILL HAVE PAYING CLIENTS?!

Omg what a horrible app!!! Never works! You put information never logs in. Super complicated , does not give you all test results to see. Don’t WAIST YOUR TIME INSTALLING IT !!!
Better go to Garnet health , they use MyChart app. You can know your all results before doctor comes in with the answer. Amazing!

Absolute garbage.
This is the most worthless app I use. It’s gotten so I can’t even email my doctor, and the med history is unusable.
Worst patient portal
This is the worst of any of the Patient portals that I utilize. Nothing is compacted or listed together. It’s very un user-friendly. It needs a major overhaul, considering the number of patients that access this portal.
Thought it would be better than the website
Website doesn’t work well, so I decided to download the app, hoping to be able to log into my account. No luck. Should have known by the ratings. I have never had this many problems with ANY patient portal. Second guessing my choice in practices, as this is the worst medical portal system I’ve ever encountered. My advice to any practice considering this web/app based company…don’t do it.

App title nonspecific - cant remember, cant find
Pediatric NextGen Patient Portal displays as Patient Portal. I have 4 different vendors’ patient portals covering 20 clinics on my phone all identified appropriately. Im not going to remember NextGen with such a generic name.

Save yourself a lot of time and frustration. Do not download this app. It is absolutely awful. If I could give it negative stars I would.
Worst app I ever used
Shameful for a medical organization to use especially since it never works . Keep updating password and still cannot access.
Please Fix/Update
Omg this app is so bad. Why is it so difficult to log in. And the app just closes, it disappears all the time. Please fix this app, please update it, it’s 2023 not 2003. The worst!!!
