Doesn’t work for me
I have used the app twice this month to order a baker’s dozen, and both times my orders were not filled, because they ran out of the bagels that I ordered. I only just found out that they don’t work on the order until right before pickup time—even though I ordered in the morning for an afternoon pickup knowing that they run out later in the day. There is also no communication with the customer about “order being ready” or “unable to fill” even though they have our phone number and email address. The store employee on my last worthless “pickup” visit told me that this is a third-party app so there is not a real connection with the store. The store would not even refund my money for the order they didn’t fill. They said contact the app. Which by the way is not easy or quick—no customer service phone number available. The app has been worthless for my needs.

Love the variety of items they have to choose from. Coming from the bagels to the drinks and sweet treats. It’s a nice place to stop by and reward yourself with a little something.
