The worst customer service ever.
Unified account is not properly working. I lost my reservation information and they keep answering "that's not from here to there". I found myself to login with email wichi is not united. I Asked what does the residential address that I have to fill in mean? they answered to my first question like "Fill in when you book the flight" "I said I already booked and it's connected flight so there is no residential address" they answered. Get your booking number and ask again. from the beginning of the query process, there is no booking item selection. I have to manually type in. if that's necessary, why it does not say what are required to answer my question??? and what the heck is that rude response with one single line?? "Find your booking number and ask again?" What kind of customer service is like this? I paid more money than the other platform cuz Ithought you are more professional and have better services. So disappointed. never buy flight ticket from you ever.

로그인버튼이 반응이 없는데 어떻게 쓰란거?
로그인 또는 회원가입 버튼 아무리 눌러도 반응없음. 최신앱을 깔아도 앱을 재구동해도 폰을 껐다 켜도 다 소용없음. 결국 ㅇ크롬 웹에서 로그인하고 예약내역 확인함
