Completely awesome perfect for new runners

This is a must try app for new runners it helped me so much with running.

Excellent

This is a perfect plan for those of us who are coming back to running after a ‘few’ years and now with a couple of injuries too! It slowly builds your endurance - I’m on week 6 now so nearly half way and I love it!

Another marketer designs a fitness programme

These programmes are designed to make money. Please explain to be why week 10 jumps from 5 minute intervals to 20 minutes flat!!

Every true beginner will struggle with this but you need to make it fit into 12 weeks for marketing purposes right?

Fabulous training plan and team

I love these training plans. I’ve had N2R for ages now and every update brings more useful features and the support team are so responsive!

Brilliant

Much better than couch to 5 k.

Give it a try

Have love this app as it has help me with starting plus with the walk run intervals has much improved my runs and enjoyment again

This is THE beginner running program!

I am about to start week 3 of the 12 week beginner program. And I am loving it!! I’ve tried other programs but this one is working! The ramp up is very manageable. I look forward to heading out. And I feel fantastic afterwards. Yup, this is a great program!

Easy path back to running

Like everyone, I started with the intervals and thought no way would I make it in the time they said (12 weeks). But other people in the group had completed the program and to be honest, I had to check the ego and learn something new, every couple of weeks to keep me on track. Right enough, I completed the program and since then can ‘easily’ run for 30mins 3 times a week. I’m switching things up a bit for a few weeks but will be jumping into the Race to 10k plan when I’m back. The biggest thing for me before was managing to run without getting injured (both knees have had cartilage removed) and I can do that and more now.

Almost perfect

Switched to the music section mid run and was unable to get back to my workout, which stalled and was then lost.

Looks good!

I found this app great for getting into running. It helps improve consistency as well.

Best Beginning Run App!

I am not a runner and this app is turning me into one! It’s hard to run but the way this program eases you into it has made this achievable! I’m 57 and I’m on week 5, run 2 and it’s getting easier and easier. Hard to believe it’s getting easier but it makes sense when you are eased into a program and not jumping right in to running and suffering from injuries. I have bad knees and this program works great for me and my knees!
Thank you None 2 Run Team!!!!

Only time I’ve rated an app

I’m trying to figure out how to be honest without sounding like a sponsored ad. I’ve never ran in my life, actually I didn’t LIKE running at all. I decided to start and I knew I’d need some type of guidance. This was more than I was ever bargaining for. It has all the features I didn’t even know I needed. The fact it verbally speaks the directions to you is the one that got me hooked because what?? It does such a good job fostering a sense of pride and achievement, like I just got my first week achievement and I’m bragging to everyone I know. 10/10, I tried 2 or 3 other apps briefly and they didn’t compare at all.

I LOVE this app

I have wanted to run for a long time, but I was overweight and way out of shape. I took a leap of faith and tried None to Run and I am so so glad I did! The intervals are small and build gradually, plus the easy strength workouts are amazing as well. I remember when running 30 seconds felt like a lifetime and now I can run 3 miles without stopping. This app allowed me to become a runner and fall in love with the sport. Thank you None to Run!!

Best running app I’ve ever used

I have done several 5K running programs over the years, and I always had to take time off due to injuries. Currently I’m 8 weeks in without any breaks due to injuries. I’m also closer than I ever have been to running 5K without having to take tons of walk breaks. It’s a wonderful program, and I thank Coach Mark for it!

From none to 5ks at 50ish.

So excited to find this program. I’m in my 50’s thought my health didn’t allow me to run. But N2R taught me I could take my time build up at my pace, in my time. And now I’m well on my way of not only running 5ks regularly but dropping my time. I’m so grateful for this program.

The best for TRUE beginners

I just completed the None to Run plan and loved how truly beginner-friendly it was! The ramp up is slower than other plans targeted at beginners and for that reason it actually is do-able for just about anyone. I’m now onto the 5k race plan and am loving my running journey. My advice is: just get started! Even if it seems daunting, you will surprise yourself and feel great!

Great app for ALL levels

Love this app. A friend told me about this as an alternative to Couch to 5K; I tried the N2R free trial and decided the annual subscription is worth every penny. It's like paying $3 a month for a professional-level coach in your pocket whenever you need. I like how it's relaxed ("Rest a day or two between workouts") rather than rigid (i.e. you MUST run on this M-W-F schedule) and is such a positive mix of flexibility within healthy structures. I couldn't run for 5m straight before starting this, but they literally have a "Run Ready" program to prepare you even at THAT level. The goal is to have a healthy relationship with running for your entire life, and they really understand the psychology behind that with how this whole app is designed.

I like how every training has a PDF version if you just want a quick glance, and the videos are helpful for strengthening muscles throughout the week that help you run. You can also "run freely" or set custom intervals and still track it. I like how many links are shareable so I can inspire my mom and sister, too. There are blogs, a community, guidance, etc. so you literally have everything you need to make it work (for ANY personality). No excuses but yourself!!

My only "critique" is I actually liked when the British lady's voice was leading each run; she had a very soothing nature, which felt extra inviting for someone who was new to running.

I did the N2R program to start and was shocked at how the incremental gains actually *WORKED* for preparing me to be a runner. They seemed so small and invisible! If you follow the program consistently, you will get exactly what they say.

Love love love

Easy to use but keeps you accountable to your goal. Very encouraging in each plan.

N2R Improved My Health

I just wanted to share that I was the kid in gym class who was always picked last. I was an honors student who somehow managed to get a D in gym because I truly disliked sports, especially running! Last year, at age 57, I had a health scare that made me realize I needed to completely overhaul my health. I had actually tried None 2 Run during COVID and quit around week four, so I was not sure I would succeed this time.

But this time I stuck with it, and I still cannot believe that I completed all 12 weeks. I am now in better shape than I have ever been in my life, and several of my health issues have reversed. None 2 Run truly helped me change the trajectory of my health.
