Incredibly easy and useful

I just got started and am already loving how simple the app is, but without being too simple or unuseful. I’m consistently disappointed with some other apps that claim to work similarly but this one seems to be an exception. Super excited to keep using it to help me out with my nicotine intake.

Works (and looks) great

Notch helps you track in a way that actually mirrors how you take nicotine pouches. Tracking at such a granular level is going to be a difference maker. Plus it looks great and is easy to use - compared to so many of these types of apps.

Love the design and purpose. A lot of my friends use Zyn, and this app could really help them cut back. Sharing it with everyone I know who’s trying to quit.

Perfect

App helps you manage and track your pouches. I haven’t quit them yet but I’ve gone down from 18 pouches a day to 6. It helps motivate you to keep the process going. Already pass this app out a few friends.

A must have for legends

I was ripping pouches like they were going out of fash. It was time to look in the mirror and give that legend a talking to. Notch’s excellent data, analytics and UI gave me the confidence to uncover the man hiding underneath his own boyish exterior.

It’s good

I’ll be honest with you. I have been going through a lot lately. Twice divorced. My parents just separated. The gambling. The lotto — and that’s basically gambling. But I was looking the Grim Reaper right in his eyes, and this nicotine pouch tracker helped me quit.

I don’t want to get into how I picked up the pouch habit. I was in Omaha, heading down to Arkansas for a show, and things got out of hand. Long story.

The taper plan is very intuitive. You set a baseline, a target, a finish date. It draws a curve of your nicotine going down. I have a lot of personal experience with things going down — my career, my second marriage — so this felt very natural.

Five stars. You don’t have to flush if you just pee, and you don’t have to quit cold turkey if you use Notch. Those are the two lessons I teach my children.

Shining light on my zyn usage

This is a great app for quantifying my zyn use and putting it out there for myself and friends to see to make me accountable in my usage. It’s easy to get set up, use, and build my network to help my journey to reduce my dependence.

Next level

This is way better than your average quitting app. The homepage feels like my Robinhood homepage and it lets me compare my charts to my friends to compete on who’s doing better. Best in category IMO!
