I used to love this app it’s the only place that would take my kids insurance virtually but now the app no longer works and says “unable to find room” doesn’t let me sign in or do anything else

Entered all my info for it to not allow me to enter my preferred pharmacy. Garbage.

Enter all my info just to get prompted to go to settings to allow access to my camera and when I go back, it starts over and everything is empty!?! TWICE!!! You didn’t get my business and I Won’t be back!

Very easy to use. I didn’t have to wait long and issues were addressed. Prescriptions sent to my pharmacy and ready within 2 hours. Overall great experience. Would recommend
Billed me after insurance covered
My insurance fully covered my visit and I was billed $15, I talked to my insurance and they contacted doctors care and supposedly cleared up the issue but when I go to get my meds filled, I’m not allowed to until the $15 is paid.
Doctor’s Care virtual visit
I had acute onset back pain and couldn’t get into my regular doctor for a week. Very easy to download the app. It took less than 10 minutes to register and I was automatically put in line to see a doctor. I saw a PA in less than 10 minutes and she prescribed me medicine to help relieve the back pain. Would definitely use them again. Thank you Doctor’s Care Virtual for being there when I was desperate.

I highly recommend using Doctors Care Virtual Service. I was feeling so bad the last thing I wanted was to leave my house, much less my bed. The process was very easy. The physician was professional and kind. And I am on my way to feeling a whole lot better. I’d highly suggest using this Virtual Doctors Care App most definitely.

Excellent Experience
The care provider (sorry, I’ve forgotten her name) who I spoke with was very friendly, very knowledgeable and I felt she understood exactly what I was going through. (This was for a UTI). Although I’ve had these situations before, my provider had some good suggestions that I had forgotten about. She was very helpful.

Well worth it!
I had a great experience using this app! I had a virtual appointment from home since I had a bad cough. The doctor was wonderful and talked through my symptoms with me and was able to send in a quick prescription to my pharmacy. It was so nice to be able to do this from home since I didn’t feel well enough to go anywhere (and I am sure everyone else appreciated me not coughing around them as well!) so glad I found this app!

Never Sent Email Verification to Make Account
Tried 30+ times on the mobile app and a desktop browser to create an account and I never received the email verification to create an account. Even tried a second email address.
Fast Service
I have used Doctor’s Care twice now and both times was fast and easy. My scripts was electronically sent and they even emailed me a doctors note for work. Amazing fast service. Will definitely be using again!!
Awesome Virtual Experience!
This Dr made it feel just like he was sitting right in front of me. He actually listened to my symptoms, concerns, and sent the right medication to my pharmacy. I’ll definitely use this service again and would love to get the same Dr!
