Why the developers add 5 digit password/pin options whereas the password is four digit and the development is not working properly.

Problem of latest version in iphones
Facing problems with the updated ios version on my apple phone but its working in the android version as like before. Other bank npsb service is not working instead of giving the security pin the app shows to put the pin again & again

It’s been 2 days since the latest update, and the app is still basically unusable. The transaction glitch hasn’t been fixed, making it impossible to send or receive money smoothly. For something as essential as banking, this is unacceptable.
What’s worse is there’s been no clear update, no communication, and no urgency from the bank’s side. Users are left stuck, not knowing when (or if) the issue will be resolved.
With digital banking becoming a necessity, problems like this show how unreliable some of these apps still are. People depend on these services daily — delays and glitches like this cause real inconvenience.

very very bad update, after the update i can not transfer money anymore. it always say " please provide transection pin" even though i've given it. can not transfer. Very very bad.

NPSB/MFS/BEFTN করতে গেলে চাচ্ছে ওটিপি, ফোনে কোড ও আসতেছে ওটিপি। কিন্তু ওটিপি দিলে বলতেছে পিন দেন। সমস্যা। এইটার সমাধান দিন। কোনো লেনদেন করতে পারছি না।
