Forced to leave work early
I’m glad this app is to help struggling people Who may not be able to afford rides home however…this app doesn’t even offer 2 PM which I do second shift. some reason that’s not available to make matters worse..I don’t get off till 10pm pm they’ll still come Hella early like around 9:30 I’m getting all my hours at work and if your not out in 2 minutes they leave.

I have two cards with money on them, and they were BOTH declined! WHY?
I have had two credit cards that I know are good, but they BOTH got blocked. What is going on? And now you guys say my account is INACTIVE because of a missed payment? Why are you doing this? Can someone please contact me, because I cannot wait until Monday?

Unable to cancel rides.
I tried to cancel a ride this morning because I got an earlier one, but there was no way for me to do so through the new version of the app, and because it’s the weekend I couldn’t call. Please fix this, thanks.
