It’s a sales tool. Not useful
The app looks fancy but really not useful as a tool when checked in. The hotel is very barebone to the point I was hoping to use this app to help my stay at the hotel. Not useful at all.
Really not the best system
This app is awful, it crashes randomly I got locked out of the app and had to reinstall it (it kept booting me back to the Home Screen when I would open the app). Every time I open a new page in the my room tab it asks me to accept the terms and conditions (despite having tapped accept multiple times) except uh-oh there’s another problem, half the time it won’t let you tap anything and just freezes so you have to restart the app. No matter how many times you tap accept it will still bring the tab up when you click almost anything. In the hotel room there is a flyer saying to order “le room service” there partner through the app, Except it’s nowhere to be found in the app. None of the smart controls work one of the key features of the app. You can find your personal PIN code and the building PIN code in the confirmation email.

Latest update killed the app
Last update totally killed the app, it’s not working anymore.
Geht so
Finde die zwingende Registrierung überflüssig. Außerdem ist mir die App im Check-in zweimal abgestürzt und auch die Übersichtsseite „Dein Zimmer“ und „Deine Buchung verwalten“ stürzt immer nach 2Sekunden ab. Das geht definitiv besser. Noch dazu gab es einen Daten-Sicherheitsvorfall.
Latest update is not working
I’m not able to connect using this app. Getting a constant error. I’m only able to connect via web.
