Finde die zwingende Registrierung überflüssig. Außerdem ist mir die App im Check-in zweimal abgestürzt und auch die Übersichtsseite „Dein Zimmer“ und „Deine Buchung verwalten“ stürzt immer nach 2Sekunden ab. Das geht definitiv besser. Noch dazu gab es einen Daten-Sicherheitsvorfall.

I’m not able to connect using this app. Getting a constant error. I’m only able to connect via web.
Worst experience with this company
They locked me out of my room in 95f/35f for hours because they deactivated my code. they use a chat bot that’s unhelpful, I told them of the issue and was stuck in a feedback loop. I called them repeatedly for hours. This is not the company that you want to be staying with during important or critical situations because you will not get a timely response.
