Very cool!
This app is very cool! Much better than I thought. Someone recommended it to me because I don't check my biological age or anything like that, but I have an Apple Watch for day to day. When I plugged all my data into this, which was super easy, it populated everything for me, so I don't need to spend a ton of money on a Whoop or other things to track all my info. You can plug all your blood work into it as well. All automated. Definitely worth the price. It's like $2 a month. No brainer.

Such a cool app! It pulled my Apple health history so I didn’t have to start from scratch. This gave me an immediate biological age and recovery score. Adding my past blood work was also super easy. Just uploaded my pdf and it automatically pulled my biomarkers in. Very smooth. And the habits are what really sold me. I want to get better at developing healthy habits, and Nuvo actually tells me what’s working and how to lower my age. The interventions are cool too but haven’t used them yet. My bio age is 3.2 years younger now, but my goal is 5. Overall huge thumbs up!
