Scan not working
When scanning it missed off the last numbers of the passport. Tried with iphone12 and iPhone 16 both producing the same incorrect results.
Renew option
Please consider adding a renew option in this app. My eta expires in one month and I want to get the new one now so I’m ready for my trip. The app won’t seem to let me. So I have to do this through the website and pay extra.

When entering an email address, each keystroke results in duplicated characters.

Application not working
For almost 3 weeks now the application has reported that it is unavailable due to services being down

This actually good app for Instant check, Unfortunately it was very often to ask for update . Nice try
Mostly good and easy, needs updating
Easy to use, great feature is it does multiple people per entry. Problem with recognizing newer bank cards, and taking the photograph regularly misrecognizes multiple people when they aren’t there, so needs a manual “take a picture now” button. Did a great job of recognizing passports.
