This is frustrating. I am stuck on step two out of five. The check box “the information is accurate” Cannot be checked. Restarting the phone, deleting and downloading the app does not fix the issue. multiple attempts and still cannot move onto the next page.

I have used this app in the past. However now when I try to submit a request I get stuck on the screen confirming my passport details. I cannot check the box confirming I have checked the details and the button is disabled. Reset, rebooted phone. Nothing works. Can’t see a way to report the issue so I’m writing this review so maybe someone can report the issue.

Can’t get past step 2
I’ve taken a lot of selfies after deleting the app many times and still can’t get past step 2.
Bugs
After taking the picture, I try to confirm my information (it’s all correct), but the app is broken and I can’t click to confirm the info. So it just stalls out at set 2 of 5!

I input all of my information and checked for accuracy. The app would not let me proceed and provided no feedback as to what was wrong. Deserves 0 stars
Can’t check off checkbox
Won’t let you check off “I have checked these details match my passport”. Forced to use browser which charges more.

Incredibly complicated. Picture submission is the worst part. Had to resort to using the PC application. This app is a disaster.

I’m completely stuck on step 2/5. Tried on two different phones. Scanned a USA passport. The check box that says “I have checked these details match my passport” doesn’t do anything when you tap it. I can’t proceed to the next step of it isn’t checked. Please fix this bug.

Bug renders unusable
Really like how convenient this would be if it functioned! I cannot submit an application at all due to the confirmation checkbox being unclickable. I tried deleting and reinstalling, scrolling and clicking generally around the box, and then even tried on a completely different device. No way to submit an application- very frustrating!

Super Frustrating
The checkbox after the photo does not work. Tried a dozen times. I give up.
Scan not working
When scanning it missed off the last numbers of the passport. Tried with iphone12 and iPhone 16 both producing the same incorrect results.
