I have the newest iOS version for my iPhone 12 which meets the specs for this app. However, it just says “unsupported device” which I try and load the app. SMH

First try , two hours , no code sent . Closed out phone, try again, code came right through, but hour to verify email. Third try, finally worked

The photo ID through Live Photo is very painful. Had to redo it manually many times.
