Easy enough process. Only thing I found a bit awkward was the photo taking. Tends to take the picture when you’re not expecting it. Difficult to do yourself and for me opening my eyes wider is not natural for me. Otherwise ok

My only complaint is that the process for taking your own photo is ridiculous. It took at last 6 attempts to get a “satisfactory” picture and the final result was a poor photo. Hard to believe it needed to be that difficult.

To many errors and won’t move forward for some reason. Took well over an hour and was NOT easy to use.

It’s unfortunately not a very user friendly app. The instructions are not clear on where you need to go to apply for a simple tourist visa application I had difficulty scanning my passport.

I am now getting an error message stating my device is not supported for this app. It is the only way I can use to get an Australian ETA visa.

This application was extremely easy because they did a great job with videos to explain what I needed to do. The the main thing you need to do is have your passport document available.

Application process is not clear
Application does not clearly ask if the applicants passport number has changed since the previous ETA had been issued. This resulted in me applying for an ETA and having it issued under an expired passport number.
Too many assumptions are made and not enough questions are asked when completing the application, causing great confusion.

Horrible App
Couldn’t read my passports even though it showed the chip was read, taking a picture took the app 15 or so tries before it was accepted.

The app is now telling me my device is not supported , what do I do ?I wanted to add my screen shot but it won’t allow me to, very frustrating
