Horribly complicated. Vague instructions. Took parts of two days to complete. Passport scanning difficult. Photo portion of app abysmal. Then got session expired message. Many hours of work. Horrible experience.

Some people don’t have phones that run the app. Can you apply on someone else’s phone? What does successful submission look like? What happens next? None of this is explained.

Very simple really.
A bit strange to begin with…I have never needed to scan my passport chip…(wasn’t aware that it existed even)…but it is very simple in reality.

Poor experience
The photo taking shut down the app at least 10 times, and each time I had to start from the beginning and create a new application. Also, prior to needed to pay, I could find no way to review my information, except for what was shown in a summary with ambiguous language. Do better with your user testing!

Photo recognition not precise
The app keeps telling Asian applicant to open eyes more when they are already. Seems a bit racist?

ETA application payment
The application aborted 3 or 4 times when it reached the payment stage. Eventually it went through.
Applied several times
Tried several times to do the application. Very difficult to get photo done and that is what it made it difficult to complete. Glad I finally have completed it. Quite frustrating.
