🐛Good to have an app to check the visa details but in my case i tried to login using my Transaction Reference Number (TRN), which I couldn’t because my TRN is in letters and the app doesn’t allow you to switch from numeric keypad to keyboard.

My VEVO

It is a valuable tool for permanent residents to prove their status in Australia. The various visa options can be a bit confusing at the beginning but departmental staff are helpful over the phone to guide you to the right web page. I would rate VEVO 9 of 10 for user experience.
