  • 🐛Good to have an app to check the visa details but in my case i tried to login using my Transaction Reference Number (TRN), which I couldn’t because my TRN is in letters and the app doesn’t allow you to switch from numeric keypad to keyboard.
  • 🐛Hope this issue will be fixed in coming days.

  • 🐛Middle of the road
  • 🐛Super convenient when it works.
  • 🐛However, it doesn’t update to reflect current document details, which is important, so you still have to go online to get your correct and updated visa information anyway.
  • 🐛I can’t believe nobody thought about this
  • 🐛How could whoever designed this app be so dumb that when you open the app in ios, select document type “passport, DFTTA..” and the go to introduce the reference number (which for a visa is an alphanumeric field) the app only allows you to enter numbers... are you kidding me?

  • 🐛Excellent application!
  • 🐛A very simple way to track your AU visa status and obtain all necessary information about it.
  • 🐛Great app!
  • 🐛DOB field is a joke!!
  • 🐛Unfriendly and non-interactive … endless scroll back to the year of birth (starting from current date and I’m a “Baby Boomer”, go figure!)👎👎👎
  • 🐛At first, I was having difficulties putting an exact birthdate.
  • 🐛Turns out that you need to click the “arrow” that points downward beside the Month/Year info.
  • 🐛It should point to the right direction to show the exact dates selection.
  • 🐛After that it was a breeze!
  • 🐛Cannot add date of birth
  • 🐛Who made this app?
  • 🐛Can’t enter date correctly and then can’t modify date.
  • 🐛So what’s the point?
  • 🐛Cant login
  • 🐛Why i cant login since last week??
  • 🐛App is not working by using IOS software
  • 🐛Said “no connection” for 2 weeks.
  • 🐛I can’t check my visa expire date.
  • 🐛The date entry section of the app does not allow to modify the date!
  • 🐛Did anyone test it that does not have an end of month birthdate?
  • 🐛Just not working
  • 🐛Apparently you can check one by one.
  • 🐛No way that you can list all visa you have on the application.
  • 🐛Still have to work on the website for full functionality.
  • 🐛date of birth selector cannot select day, so app basically useless in iOS26
  • 🐛Universe
  • 🐛It is a valuable tool for permanent residents to prove their status in Australia.
  • 🐛The various visa options can be a bit confusing at the beginning but departmental staff are helpful over the phone to guide you to the right web page.
  • 🐛I would rate VEVO 9 of 10 for user experience.

No options for vevo Password

I use the vevo website to check my visa status using passport and password option however no password option in the app. Would be nice to be able to use app rather than website as it will be quicker. Hope it will be fixed.
