- ๐ Itโs good to have this App coz itโs really helpful to check and to know the results of my visa ,but the thing is I canโt fill my Immi Card details ,all the time I fill it say Iโm entering the wrong details, buts the only details that I have with my Granted Visa copyright.
- ๐ I hope you will check on it.
- ๐ Please can you let me know which one is my Immi card number
- ๐ Very convenient but needs fixing
- ๐ Good to have an app to check the visa details but in my case i tried to login using my Transaction Reference Number (TRN), which I couldnโt because my TRN is in letters and the app doesnโt allow you to switch from numeric keypad to keyboard.
- ๐ Hope this issue will be fixed in coming days.
- ๐ I lost my Passport and my Visa I donโt know the Number what can I do
- ๐ please put document details just under document type, it is so confusing currently.
- ๐ Also, please allow app remember my previous choosen document type and itโs details
- ๐ Middle of the road
- ๐ Super convenient when it works.
- ๐ However, it doesnโt update to reflect current document details, which is important, so you still have to go online to get your correct and updated visa information anyway.
- ๐ I canโt believe nobody thought about this
- ๐ How could whoever designed this app be so dumb that when you open the app in ios, select document type โpassport, DFTTA..โ and the go to introduce the reference number (which for a visa is an alphanumeric field) the app only allows you to enter numbers... are you kidding me?
- ๐ Also they offer face recognition and of course ir doesnโt work...
- ๐ scummiest scums Hypocrites
- ๐ I have been for 10 years I'm Australia and until now they processing my Documents
- ๐ most racist Most evil
- ๐ They Don't care about anyones future they try there best to fail you and put you down

- ๐ How hard it it is to give me a simple stupid paper to continue my life like anyone else
- ๐ No No they see people of other nations lower than them
- ๐ Updated not work
- ๐ The apps upgraded but not working anymore.
- ๐ Doesnโt work
- ๐ Every time I try to use it I get a pop up saying โno connectionโ.
- ๐ And I canโt use the website as thatโs even worse than the app.
- ๐ Keep disconnect and all detail loss
- ๐ its hard for me to fill the form when i need to swicth to other apps to copy the detail.
- ๐ i have to refill the form everytime i go to other apps or home button of my iphone.. this really suck
- ๐ DOB
- ๐ This updated Vevo App will not let me enter my dob and therefore proceed.
- ๐ It keeps defaulting to todayโs date - very frustrating!
- ๐ Have now resorted to downloading a paper copy.
- ๐ Whats Waste of time!!
- ๐ Unable to switch to other visa types
- ๐ Cannot switch to app which states abt other types of visas.
- ๐ Kindly tell how to do it.
- ๐ Gingernut
- ๐ Oh chill-out everyone!.. Sure, it has a few little bugs but most of the time it works really well and DOES save you LOTS of time!!... I like it..
- ๐ Does not work

- ๐ ้ช้
- ๐ Jalil
- ๐ It simply does not work if you need it for employment do not rely on it because it will let you down
- ๐ Doesn't work
- ๐ Worked the first time and now just keeps freezing my phone.
- ๐ How did this pass any app stores tests is beyond me..
- ๐ Don't waste your time downloading.
- ๐ Great progress
- ๐ Finding my in effect visa among many emails is a time-consuming, sensitive task for which I have to go through lots of emails and enter lots of passwords.
- ๐ The app offers direct, prompt, secure access to my visas.
- ๐ However, there are a few problems in connection sometimes.
- ๐ Nice and safe
- ๐ There's a small bug when in the birthdate section, it won't work if it's not set from year to day.
- ๐ The app itself is really cool, I can clearly see the status of my visa!
- ๐ Really bad
- ๐ Disconnect all the time .
- ๐ We can not change the apps to check other things or will be disconnect, it's really bad
- ๐ Crash!
- ๐ New version does not pass the info required page.
- ๐ Please fix.
- ๐ Instant crash
- ๐ Wouldn't open at all
- ๐ Can't open the app after update
- ๐ Cant open the app, immediately crash everytime i try to open the app after the recent update.
- ๐ Crashes on launch
- ๐ It would help if the updates were tested before releasing.
- ๐ The latest version crashes on launch.
- ๐ Mr
- ๐ The app is not opening at all after updating!!!
- ๐ Where's the Music Videos??
- ๐ Just installed. No Music Videos?!?!? Guess I'll have to continue using YouTube to watch. ๐ก
- ๐ Excellent application!
- ๐ A very simple way to track your AU visa status and obtain all necessary information about it.
- ๐ Great app!
- ๐ DOB field is a joke!!
- ๐ Unfriendly and non-interactive โฆ endless scroll back to the year of birth (starting from current date and Iโm a โBaby Boomerโ, go figure!)๐๐๐
- ๐ At first, I was having difficulties putting an exact birthdate.
- ๐ Turns out that you need to click the โarrowโ that points downward beside the Month/Year info.
- ๐ It should point to the right direction to show the exact dates selection.
- ๐ After that it was a breeze!
- ๐ Cannot add date of birth
- ๐ Who made this app?
- ๐ Canโt enter date correctly and then canโt modify date.
- ๐ So whatโs the point?
- ๐ Cant login
- ๐ Why i cant login since last week??
- ๐ App is not working by using IOS software
- ๐ Said โno connectionโ for 2 weeks.
- ๐ I canโt check my visa expire date.
- ๐ The date entry section of the app does not allow to modify the date!
- ๐ Did anyone test it that does not have an end of month birthdate?
- ๐ Just not working
- ๐ Apparently you can check one by one.
- ๐ No way that you can list all visa you have on the application.
- ๐ Still have to work on the website for full functionality.
- ๐ date of birth selector cannot select day, so app basically useless in iOS26
- ๐ Universe
- ๐ It is a valuable tool for permanent residents to prove their status in Australia.
- ๐ The various visa options can be a bit confusing at the beginning but departmental staff are helpful over the phone to guide you to the right web page.
- ๐ I would rate VEVO 9 of 10 for user experience.
- ๐ Well informed
- ๐ Helpf
- ๐ Fast And Efficient
- ๐ Absolutely providing the complete and perfect needed service required
- ๐ Tremendous
- ๐ Wont let me update my details.
- ๐ Wont give you details for anyone to help you
