What a fantastic tool to assist in the processing Customs and Immigration Services. Can be easily done in advance of any journey back to NZ, even whilst waiting at an outgoing airport. Easy to follow instructions too.

Too tedious
The whole process of completing the online form is too tedious. In Singapore, you could scan the passport and all information about the traveler is automatically loaded onto the page. Consider editing the form to include only pertinent information.

Using the NZTD App is much easier to use and more preferable to writing up a physical declaration whilst corralled into an Economy seat on board a flight inbound to NZ.
