So inconvenient if you need to do something ASAP
This app is the absolute worst. It takes about 5-10 times to open it, you’ll get a blank screen and have to shut it down and re-open it. It is the bane of my existence, if I’m in line at Tim Hortons and need to do a quick e-transfer to my payment card I know I’m in trouble.
App sucks rn
Half the time it’s just a blank screen definitely needs to be updated.
In-line banking
It is easy to use and appears to be very discrete and secure, never had a problem or see any threats on my accounts.

I am very pleased with how this works. Just two improvements I would suggest:
Allow access to credit card statements etc. in same app.
Do not show one time payments as monthly even though it expires a few days after the payment is processed.

Oshawa Community Credit Union App
This app is okay. It’s a pain no longer having facial recognition to open. Otherwise it’s good.
Transfer
When transferring to Meritline it is confusing because it shows a zero balance. So that would suggest that there is nothing outstanding on the Meritline.
