This app needs to retain the last order location , it’s very annoying to have to select the location every time, there should be support for Apple Pay as well

I live in Lafayette In. And when you get on the app to order it says there is no store in Lafayette!!! You don’t even know where your stores are??? Second I can’t find a way to look at the menu!!! Guess I don’t need to look at the menu because there isn’t a store anyway! You really need to address your app problem it’s costing you business!!!

Doesn’t do what it is supposed to do
It’s a 50/50 shot if you get credit for using the app in the restaurant. It doesn’t work if you have split receipts. I wonder what it actually does at all!
Not worth using
Sorry for giving a bad review. I usually don’t do this but this app is so hard to use for no reason. It won’t let me sign in with my email because it says I have an invalid password when I click forgot password it says no email associated with an account. Super annoying. It’s alway done this. Why ask people to make an account if they can’t use it. And it never saves your order in your cart this whole process so I had to keep picking out my food only for the system to tell me I don’t have an account and clear my cart again. After it was all said and done I just decided to just go to Applebees and I deleted the app. Save yourself some headache and call to place your orders.

No rewards
You can’t redeem your rewards if you use the app and order online, which is completely a waste of time having the app makes no sense I just read a review from over a year ago for the same issue yet it remains please do not waste your time downloading old Charlie’s app!!!!!!
