It has so many problems I wanted to make an appointment and I can not use it it’s not working

Not reliable (i.e. useless)

This app proves ineffective. I scheduled an appointment, but the doctor wasn’t covered by my insurance, despite the app’s assurance (using correct filters). A regrettable expenditure.
