It has so many problems I wanted to make an appointment and I can not use it it’s not working

Currently the app is not working properly as it does not show the appointment date (empty page)
Not reliable (i.e. useless)
This app proves ineffective. I scheduled an appointment, but the doctor wasn’t covered by my insurance, despite the app’s assurance (using correct filters). A regrettable expenditure.

Service booked no showed appointment. Tried reaching out to customer support, no phone number. No response until day after booking. Had to book through another service provider. Deleted app after that

Ngeklik apa yg keluar apa, aplikasi lemot, sangat ga jelas kalo mau appointment jadi amat sangat ribet. Ga sesuai dgn apa yg di klik keluarnya apa.

It’s impossible to use as I cannot get a verification code sent to me. Tried 10 times. Chat non existent.

When I had to book appointments I had to either call the centre and wait for a very long time on the phone or walk in and WAIT! This is so easy to use and quick ! Much needed .

Considering the app and the company are still new, the app is very well done and is very easy to book with doctors in hospitals and clinics they are paired with.

I’m a busy working mom, my son’s vaccination is due in a month time. But thank goodness i saw this Okadoc ad in FB and downloaded this app. I have instantly booked an appointment in my own convenience. Kudos to this great app 👍🏻
