Can’t login because the keyboard doesn’t come up so not possible to login.
Waitlist Feature is Unreliable
We’re regulars at Olive Garden, and the app’s waitlist has become incredibly frustrating. Every time we join the waitlist (even from different phones), we arrive, confirm that we’re there, and then a minute or two later the app removes us from the waitlist.
This has happened repeatedly. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, but the last two visits it failed every single time and we ended up waiting in the regular line anyway.
The explanations have also been inconsistent. On one visit we were told it happens when there’s barely any wait. This time there was a 25–30 minute wait, and we were told it might be happening because the wait was too long. So which is it?

Oops order on the website
App doesn’t work just displays a note saying to order on the website. What is the point of an app if you can’t use it.
Never works
App never works. Changing location didn’t work this time. Last time it wouldn’t let me submit order and said something wasn’t filled out. Useless app.
Free appetizer
I was offered a Free appetizer but I was in the hospital and couldn’t use it as it expired. May I please have that free appetizer as I want to take my family for an upcoming birthday?
No delivery
i live less than a mile away from my closest olive garden but regardless of how i enter the information my house never shows up for delivery
Finance is driving UX
They purposely are making delivery extremely difficult for the user. The inability to default to my address that I enter every time is shocking. Then the constant blocking steps to carry out is crazy, we get it, you don’t want to pay someone to deliver food. Either deliver or don’t, but if you do, do it awesome.

Updated the stupid app NOW I CANT LOGIN. REQUESTED A PASSWORD RESET TO MY EMAIL THREE TIMES AND NEVER RECEVIED A DAMN EMAIL. WHO’S IN CHARGE OF THIS STUPID APP? SOME TRUMPTARDS?? LOOKS I’ll be BOYCOTTING OLIVE GARDEN!!!

Keep getting a “temporary service outage “ notice. Can’t order from the website either. This is a wonderful way for this restaurant to go out of business. We are ordering from local Italian restaurants instead.

I tried to go on the app. It says oops. It’s not working. Try to reload the app. I tried downloading the app again. I got the same error message. I go to olivegarden.com. Nothing comes up. That’s not working either. I’ve been trying for the last two days to place an order.

Terrible experience.
Going out of my way to post this, made an account with Olive Garden through the app. Every time I try and login it prevents me and requires a new password and does not resolve it self. Unfortunate experience.
Address
I have been trying to order for delivery and the system has no response for my address. It’s only giving me preselected addresses for delivery. None of which are correct. Did it once and wasn’t paying attention to the address and instead of Ct it was sent to street.
