Never order from this app and store
All the items you order will not be delivered they are always out of stock at the time of delivery but when you order it is there so they will refund the amount in wallet so you have to shop agian from this worst company and if you ordered vegetable or fruits than they will come like you have to throw half of them and either you complain about all the things they will do nothing even if you complain for order 1 time you will never complain for that order next time. Please never do shop from this.

Easy and convenient booking
This app provides a easy search and booking. Delivery is always on time. I always use it to book my groceries.
Unhappy
Even at market prices, only limited products are available. I can only order products at limited qty. it’s a free market. If I want 10 qty of a certain product, why am I being limited to buy only 1 or 2 pieces. And then they want put a min. Order of Rs. 500 for free delivery. Are u trying to loot customers by making them buy unnecessary products?

Awesomely good
Very nice experience in using the app and ordering. One thing to suggest that add some card offers so as to benefit the customer using different cards. Also you may add a option of selecting store as I have 3 stores nearby but I don’t have the option to choose the store.

They are seriously quick . You order at 11pm in night and the order is at your doorstep next morning before 10Am …
They should improve on their storage..
A good option in this pandemic to order food items. But my complain is that, I think they don’t store their stuff well. Last time one of the cookies packet I had ordered was expired. N once there was this oats packet which wasn’t expired but still had insects inside a sealed packed packet. N this is the reason I don’t permanently order from them.

No option to edit order
App is good but doesn’t provide option to edit current order. Also doesn’t have clarity in App in case something is missing and provided refund for.
the only online shopping that works
presently Ondoor seems to be the only online facility for groceries in Indore. Kudos to Ondoor, a pity for all the other big grocery shops.

Abysmal service even after lockdown.
Order keeps getting cancelled and customer care says “delivery team decides delivery areas”
My order keeps getting cancelled saying “lockdown and barricading” when the barricading has been removed weeks ago. This is abysmal service and unacceptable behaviour from Ondoor. The customer care failed to redress said complaints stating “delivery team has its reasons”. Uninstalling.

Such a rubbish app and service is tooo worst
They always order like pro grocery store like they all the products to order but when they deliver you your items, they always ship your products by there own convince and ya all the products are available when you place an order and get put pf stock what so over happens, your items will npt delivered to you.

Beware of this shopping app.
This is the only worst app amongst all app
Products shown on app are not the same which are offered for delivery. They always has some excuse like weather temperature for butter hence not delivering. Tea ordered is not available so you may drink another tea etc.
Amount of returned products (not matching with order placed) is transferred into ondoor wallet. If you request them to transfer the same into original payment source, they deny mentioning that you can use the same in future transactions.
Overall they cheat with customers by not delivering the products they ordered and also with blocking the money which should ideally be refunded back to customers.
I would suggest you NOT TO GO FOR THIS APP.

Disgusting
I am using OnDoor since it arrived in Indore. I have done multiple orders through its app. I always had problems like they show everything available on the app but when we order it they comes with a refund amount. In the lockdown too, they showed that they care for us. ‘Ghanta care’. They are not even taking the orders during their given time slots. I am uninstalling this app. And I will tell this to all my people not to use this app even mistakenly. I wanted to give zero stars but it is not given in the options.
