Password not working
My password doesn’t work to log into the app but it does when I’m on safari. I can’t upload my NCP via safari; only via app so yeah I’m screwed.

Had issues remembering my passwords for portals, this app allows me to use my face ID to log in. Yes it only directs to the browser but takes me exactly where i need to be.
Pointless!
Completely pointless app - all it does is take you to the webpage, where you have to log in all over again. I’d rate it with zero stars if I could.
Not useful
I agree with the other reviewers that this app adds no value. The images look good but don’t reflect reality. Have deleted it again - no better than a Home Screen shortcut, at least not yet.

Useless
The app just links back to the usual online portal, utterly pointless and not helpful. It might be good in future, but right now the app offers nothing.
Where’s the documents?
Despite images of the app showing you can view policy documents, once loaded and logged in there is no such functionality. Poor show.
What’s the point.
I don’t see the point of this app. It just directs me to the website and asks me to log in again.
Easy to use
Really easy to use, log in! Changed my car with ease. Much better than logging into my laptop
