Broken App

Like another reviewer also said, outgoing calls no longer work and support provides no actual way of resolving this

Response from developer

Freezes

Suddenly I can not call out. App freezes. Tried pretend no help. Onebox customer support can not help after two days of trying.

Response from developer

Hello Frustrated 213@, We apologize for the issues you've experienced with the app freezing and the difficulty getting a resolution. We would like to look further into this for you. Could you please provide your support ticket number(s)? Also, please ensure you are using the most recent version of the Onebox app (v5.2.1) for the best performance.

Not really a “ONE”box fits all

Years go by and still, no email functionality. Will it ever be available?

Best tool around

I could not get by without it

FAQ

What does the Onebox app do?

The Onebox app provides a virtual phone system for small businesses, allowing users to make and receive calls over the internet (VoIP), manage contacts, handle calls flexibly, and access voicemail and text messages. It's designed for on-the-go use with reliable notifications and a professional interface.

What are the key features of the Onebox app?

Key features include VoIP calling directly within the app, reliable push notifications for alerts, enhanced shared contact management, flexible call routing based on schedules, detailed call logs, voicemail transcription, and the ability to send/receive text messages using your Onebox number.

Is the Onebox app free to use?

The app description indicates it is for existing customers and mentions ads, suggesting it is free to download and use with ads, or potentially part of a paid service. Specific pricing details for the virtual phone system service itself are not provided in the description.

What are the limitations of the Onebox mobile app compared to the web version?

Faxing capabilities are exclusively managed through the web account manager and are unavailable in the mobile app. Admin users cannot switch between different user inboxes on the mobile app, and deleted messages are permanently removed from the app, requiring access via the web account manager's Trash folder for recovery.

How does the app handle outbound and inbound caller ID?

For outbound calls made through the app, your logged-in Onebox number will always be displayed as the Caller ID. For inbound calls, the app will show the phone number of the incoming caller.
