Waste of time!
Login fails and there’s no support! This was supposed to have a 30% time saving capabilities but for such a critical piece of the chain, you’d expect better support.

Download it, tried to login and it refused. If this is an app from a ‘professional’ company well…….!
Awful interface
They try to charge you for using such a shocking app, without making it clear they are charging you for it. This is incredibly unprofessional and a terrible way to handle a mortgage application! I’d expect a decent web interface instead.
Does Not Work
Downloaded app, followed instructions, and it failed at the first hurdle! Verification email does not even come through, so cannot use the app! Waste of time tbh!
