I highly DO NOT recommend this app or their service !!! You will regret and have the worst experience!!!
I had booked a car from their website and on the time of delivery they say the car’s engine is seized and we can not deliver the car to you.
I have been waiting for 1 week for the refund and it is still not completed.
This was the worst experience where I had to deal with these guys and every support guy just gives some reason and cuts the call saying you’ll get the refund tomorrow.

Worst service in madurai
I rented three cars from Onroadz, and unfortunately, two of them had serious issues. We only discovered at night that one of the cars had a non-functioning headlight and another one has an Ac issue after traveloing about 30 Km suddenly it is giving a hot air, making the drive towards Rameswaram extremely dangerous. When we contacted customer support, they simply said they had forgotten to inform us and suggested we visit a nearby workshop. Since it was nighttime, no workshops were open, leaving us with no immediate solution.
To make matters worse, when we returned the vehicle, they demanded ₹15,000 for a very minor scratch, which felt completely unreasonable.
Overall, this was one of the worst rental experiences I've had. Poor vehicle maintenance, lack of responsibility, and unfair damage charges made the entire experience frustrating. I would not recommend Onroadz to anyone based on my experience.
