Very Disappointing Experience
My brother had a very stressful experience while returning the car. There was an issue regarding a dent and payment, but instead of handling the matter properly or contacting the police, he was allegedly kept inside a room and locked from outside. He was already nervous and is now receiving medical attention. I sincerely request OnRoads to investigate this incident, review the CCTV footage and take strict action if the employee is found responsible. Please ensure no other customer or family has to face such an experience

I had booked a car from their website and on the time of delivery they say the car’s engine is seized and we can not deliver the car to you.
I have been waiting for 1 week for the refund and it is still not completed.
This was the worst experience where I had to deal with these guys and every support guy just gives some reason and cuts the call saying you’ll get the refund tomorrow.
