Erroneous credit

I got an erroneous credit alert and called customer care a number of times to sort it and the only option is to use the transfer back option which isn’t available for this transaction… the CS staff don’t have a clue on how to resolve and the only option is to wait till the owner flags it! Why do I have to wait for the own to flag before the money is withdrawn from my account? I’ve not successfully used the bank service, it’s one issue to another… can’t we get more experienced staff to provide better support?

Need to review

This update is not user friendly as the previous version allows apple users to transfer funds using the business account, pay bills airtime and data. This new version doesn’t support. Thank you
