AVOID this company/app
Stop asking me rate every single charging session!
STAY AWAY! Absolute scam
On top of that, you have to use the app to use their chargers, and the setup is such a slog. Never using these again.
Edit: If you need to get your funds refunded to your card, close your account in the app settings.
$20 for an app I will never use
Twenty dollar minimum? Get stuffed
Web version needed. It’s 2026 and we are still making people download apps for one time use?
Stop forcing us to submit a rate for EVERY SESSION
But the most annoying part of this app definitely has to go to them constantly forcing you to submit a rating before you can even start going through all the other hoops of charging. There’s no way to automatically set it up to charge. You have to QR code scan, submit another rating, select charger and accept rate and then click accept charge. So pointless and unnecessary! Why make this so hard?

Bad AI Customer Service
Edit: Regarding company reply below; That is the number I called, I just checked the photo I took of your instructions to verify.
Tried using one of the chargers near my house. The cable came down from the power pole but was way too short to reach any car. Called the customer service number. Had to listen to several ads trying to sell me car insurance and such. That felt super shady. Then the AI customer service came on and asked what I needed. I said that the cable was too short at my location. It said to call a different number. So I did. The same sounding AI voice asked again what I needed. Again I said that the charge cable was too short at my location. The very next words it said were, “Hang up now”. Super sketch feeling company.
