This is the best meditation app out there, hands down. Meditation, breath, sound, movement. I love it.

I have spent over 3,000 minutes of my life in practice with this app. This app has become an integral component in my healing, the tools that Open provides are accessible and indispensable. The guided breathwork is unlike anything I’ve found elsewhere. There are yoga classes for every style your body might be craving. The meditations, the soundscapes.. everything is high quality. I love this app, having access to these modalities is worth the investment.

Life Change
This app helped me regulate my nervous system and build routine. Essentially it helped me change my life. It’s the most important part of my day and it’s made me excited to get up early and quiet my mind first thing. I also enjoy it in the sauna at night or before bed to calm down after a busy day and return to myself. An essential part of my day and life.

Game changer.
These meditations have been a game changer for re-wiring my brain to focus and attention to detail in my life. Way better than anything I’ve found on YouTube.
Best for a disorganized brain
I’ve tried 4 other meditation apps, and this one has been the absolute best for me and my extremely busy, disorganized brain. It’s the only one I’ve found that has a consistent format across different teachers, both in the meditation and the yoga/movement videos, which are all filmed in the same studio spaces. That familiarity helps me with consistency and therefore discipline to use the app almost daily. As a bonus, when you open the app, you get a daily meditation taking decision making away (especially great when I have decision fatigue). You can skip it and go into a meditation or program of your choice, but when I’m overwhelmed I can get a meditation out of the way just by hitting one button. That streamlined process can turn my whole day around, and I am frequently grateful for it.

Can’t Quite Live Without It
I keep meaning to cancel Open.com because of the cost, and because I also have Calm (for less than half the price). But then I do a meditation with Manoj or Olivia, and I’m hooked again. They’re just so good. I love the variety of the daily meditations—breath work, mini sound baths, contemplations (not my faves, but nice in the mix). I rarely use the other amazing features (the movement, extended meditations, etc), but when I do, they’re great. So even though I don’t take advantage of all that the app offers, I just can’t get rid of it because they do such a wonderful job at helping to keep me sane!

SCAM
They charged my account even though I had cancelled it. Literally no response and now I am fighting with my credit card company

This has been a nightmare, dealing with these corrupt no good People. They will scream from the start by not allowing you to put it on your own card, but make you go through their website their company to process your payment. And then they set it up so you are not able to cancel. I had to cancel my Apple Card and order a new one because they refuse to cancel my seven day free trial. I sent eight emails to them. They responded to one since in your profile information a snapshot of it which I did and they would take care of it and they never responded to all the rest of the emails. Three hours of wasted time from these SOB stay away please their crooks. Don’t pay any attention to any other reviews. They probably wrote them to themselves!

By far the best meditation app
Calm is average, Headspace is cute. Open is real, it explains, it’s authentic. I feel like I’m learning about meditation, why we meditate, how meditation ties into our lives. The quality matches the price tag. I highly recommend it.

More Self-help than Meditation
The promotion made it seem like it was a mindfulness meditation app, it’s more self-help, not what I was looking for. Very responsive customer service is a plus.
Excellent, well rounded app!
Look, you need this app. I have used meditation apps previously and this is by far the most well rounded and comprehensive program. It tailors to your specific needs, has something for everyone. Something else worth mentioning….I had a billing issue which I needed resolved asap. I emailed and followed the directions provided. It says to allow 1-2 days. It only took 1-2 HOUR and my situation was fully addressed. Customer service was extraordinarily helpful and so kind. 10/10. Could not recommend them and the app enough!!

Best ever
i’ve tried many meditation apps. This is the only one that has stuck for me. the breathwork meditation movement everything that you get access to is incredible. All the instructors are amazing. ux is on point. open makes meditation and mindfulness accessible
