I have tried everything and I can’t even download the key
doesnt work
"Unable to download key" after 6 re installations and trying a different number through hotel support. Ended up getting physical key. Trash app.
Not a huge fan
It’s a good concept but if you don’t have a good signal you have to keep trying to get it to work. It definitely needs improvement.

I absolutely love this app! Most of the times my hands are full and I’m searching for the card. Now I just use my phone and I can share with family members!! Great job

Lousy app
We have remove and reinstall the app multiple times a day. It also requires re authorizing additional phones a number of times.

Incredibly annoying
We rented a house that used openkey and several of needed access to the front door lock. The lock kept getting messed up and having to be reset by the front offfice. Each time this was done we were stuck outside for half an hour or more. Idk if it was the apps fault of the management but either way it was an incredibly annoying

Please provide an WATCH app. Would be so convenient instead of having to get phone out when entering room.
Not user friendly
This app did not allow me to update my phone number. I did this through the hotel. They said it would update on OpenKey and it did not. I want to update my account now, and I cannot access it because I have checked out. I was given a card key by the front desk, which worked fine. I find this service and app a useless waste of time.

This app is Super easy for the guests to use, very convenient. Works very well with Webrez. Tech support Amazing!! Highly recommend!
Requires excessive permissions, bad design
Requires push notifications, location, and bluetooth permissions or it refuses to work. The only one of these that even slightly makes sense is bluetooth. If they did it properly it would just use NFC and not require bluetooth.
Best Digital Key
Best digital key I’ve used during my travel. Really makes it easy to get in the room and can even share a key with my wife. Awesome app!
