Can’t login with Microsoft
The optisign system we are evaluating seems to be well setup. I was trying out the admin on iOS but it will crash every time it try’s to finish login with Microsoft.
Poorly Handled Invoicing
For those running business:
We have been happy optisign customers for an incredibly long time. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the product they offer. The problem came when I received 9 invoices for 9 months with a super sub 150 dollar charge. Phone support advised this was a bug in their payment processing. I now have to go back to review payments made or not made to optisign and due to their mishandling of internal financials and invoicing, we decided it was best we find another company.
Watch your money and watch out for surprise invoices.

I use the software on firestick for digital signage at pop up events. Client changes videos on a daily per event and I can upload remotely from my iPhone.

I wish there were the ability to trigger emergency & flash messages, but otherwise the app is perfect.

Easiest Learning Curve and implementation
As a Commander of my local American Legion I wanted an effective and affordable way to inform our members and customers. I sampled four different platforms promising ease of use and implementation. OptiSigns was the fourth product I tried and I am so glad I found Optisigns. Within an hour of first using the program I had a three minute loop running on my smart tv. I brought my Amazon fire media player to the Post and plugged it into a tv and our digital signage program was born. After our members had a chance to see what we could do with a digital signage program we held a vote at our next meeting. We now have four new monitors on order and an 85” smart tv. We will have five different tv and monitor combinations. And with the ability to sell ad space a way to easily offset the cost and generate revenue.

Great Digital Signage Management Tool
Easy to control and manage my digital screen. What’s a great tool. I love they release this app to control my screen. I can just change content via my phone. Hope it will have more features like setting expire and live feature for assets.
Great App
So far Opti Signs has met all of our needs at our church and has worked without any flaws. After getting over the learning curve which was not hard I like the ease of changing out our TV’s signage. Very pleased with our choice!

I didn’t think I could be any more impressed by the system. I was wrong. This app is wonderful to make quick changes! The one thing I would recommend is that The emergency control system be added someplace so you can quickly activate emergency messages. Other than that, it’s great!
Best screen management app
This is by far the best app to manage your screens! It’s so intuitive and easy to use. Things just make sense. The user interface is very clean and modern. It’s super useful to be able to make changes to your screens from you phone! I could not recommend this app more!
