Glitches
Suddenly cant find my children’s profile. Whenever I click on the link from my email about my child’s visit, I could see their profile but it goes away again. Cant message their provider or check their records at all. I tried reinstalling it many times but it doesn’t do anything
Can’t view messages or test results
Every time I click on the test result or messages the app takes me to a website that tells me to install the same app I am on?!! What is the purpose of this app then?
Optum go away
Simplistic app no use. Why is Optum telling me about my chart? Do not interfere with my personal life.

This site is not user friendly. I can’t communicate with my provider. It’s annoying. I gave up.

Cannot cannot find a provider. Went on the website and every time I tried to click on a provider it said they can’t help me.
Would not send ny message
This app sucks. After typing a message to my doctor, this system would not send my message saying it was too long. How do I explain myself properly to my physician?
Doesn’t work
Don’t waste your time down loading and registering since this app just tells you to call the number on your card. Seriously a waste of time and energy.
Top notch service!
The Optum app is a complete package. Everything I need is right here. Appointments, health history, test results… it’s all inclusive!
Lab results
My husband and I share an email address so I am only able to get my lab results, not his.
Love the Optum app
The Optum app gives me quick access to test results and especially love the historical trends!

When I get a chance, I’m gonna switch to a new plan can never get any information that I really need

It may be the best. But it should say Optum for Southern California users only.
Network not available nationally
The app does not mention this but apparently it can only access Optum information in Southern California. I am therefore deleting the app.
Customer Service
It has taken over a week of making calls getting transferred several times and have not got the necessary help to make sure my insurance is Updated properly…
