Wait of Time
I feel this app is very disconnected from office staff. It doesn’t update in a timely manner. It takes over 48 hours for office staff to get back to you. I am now waiting a week and haven’t received an answer from office staff. I’ve tried to reach out to the office directly, but because it goes through three call centers I am unable to get an answer to my test. I’ve also pushed this upper management and they said they will look into this and it’s now been a couple of weeks and I have gotten zero feedback. I don’t know what’s worse Optum or Kaiser

Medication refill error
It’s been 3 wks that I have been trying to correct an error made by the PA. My medication dosage was changed in error. Rather than dispense 2 tabs per day #60, it was changed back to the previous orders for 1 per day #30. Finally Dr. Shadman listened and corrected the problem. It was for Alprazalam, anti-anxiety medication. Needless to say this situation caused me a lot of anxiety. Thank you Dr. Shadman.

Time consuming
It takes time to find the available dates ahead of time.
Poor reception
My mom appointment at 9:05 and I have filled the forms on line which I was asked to fill again when I came in. For God sake make the forms needed one time only it’s a waste of time and not convenient specially when you take care of an elderly person.
Practically Useless
I log in and am met with a continual “We are loading your experience” reload page and occasional pop-up to take a survey. These are the only resources available on this app.

You will likely die before you get a hold of the provider
Although, when you’re in the facility, the care is acceptable. when you try to call the office, you will never ever get a hold of the office. You will get somebody 24 hours in another state who’s got screaming kids in the background or some other drama hanging out with their friends and even when the message sent the provider, you will still never get your request for a call

Sends alerts for things I don’t need to be alerted about. Signing in is tedious and ridiculous. Poorly organized and confusing. In a way, just like Optum

Wow this app is the worst. You sign in, try to look at test results, it makes you sign in again, then never loads. It loops through loading pages. Absolutely useless. I don’t know how to get my results now.

Glitches
Suddenly cant find my children’s profile. Whenever I click on the link from my email about my child’s visit, I could see their profile but it goes away again. Cant message their provider or check their records at all. I tried reinstalling it many times but it doesn’t do anything
