Very practical!

This is such a helpful and practical app - it shows you how many days you have left until you need to change your brush head, shows you how long you need to brush your teeth for before switching. 👌

Terrible update

Impossible to use; time is the only function that actually works. I was happy with the previous version!

Oral-B

I like how it gives feedback on how I brush my teeth and it really helps me learn how do brush my teeth better and what to improve!

Missing morning floss

Why is flossing suddenly missing from the morning check off routine tasks list. I know the advice is 'at least once a day', but whether that included in the morning should be configurable by a user choice.
As it is ai have to go to history to add it every morning. Very irritating!!

Premium price, but recent updates broke the core features

For what these toothbrushes cost, you are paying just as much for the software ecosystem and the "guided session" promise as you are for the hardware. Unfortunately, recent app updates have made the experience deeply frustrating.

First, they removed the ability to check off flossing and other extras directly during live sessions, forcing users into an annoying manual edit loop afterward just to log their routine. Second, the positional tracking for the guided session is terribly unreliable. It frequently fails to recognize what area of the mouth I am actually in, forcing me to stop, pull the toothbrush away, and wait several seconds just for it to refresh.

When you buy a smart toothbrush for guided feedback, you expect it to streamline your routine, not add friction. Please rethink these design choices and patch these tracking bugs.

Could do better

Wish you had a choice when brushing using the app like removing teeth for those who wear partial dentures as can’t get accurate guild when brushing. Sometimes your brush session doesn’t track either, other than that a like the app but needs some adjustment would be nice to enjoy it more.

Can no longer log flossing

For some reason the ability to log whether or not you flossed has suddenly disappeared from the post-brush screen. It now only shows up occasionally. Please fix this!

I always get the impression that this app is overseen by a bunch of non-technical managers who have zero understanding of how the app works, and likely never use it on a daily basis themselves. It is full of poor design decisions that become glaringly obvious after only a few days of using it. It’s bad UI and bad UX.

Even getting tech support for this app is an exercise in frustration requiring separate Oralb account and making it basically impossible to share feedback on the app itself. I therefore must resort to leaving it here.

So so tracking toothbrush

I like the app, but the toothbrush connection to the phone stinks. Something is wrong with it. The tracking is always off. I have never once brushed my teeth where it tracks correctly. I spend a lot of time going back to one spot where it thinks I’m someplace else. I follow a routine weekly and it hasn’t even figured that out. If you could just put something where I could push on the phone and tell it where it’s supposed to be that would help greatly.

I love the way the app is working

Useless tracking of where you have brushed

You brush in one area of your teeth and it records from another area. Dangerously inaccurate as it can make you think you need to over brush. Seems to get worse with each software update.

Glow up

I had teeth cleaning problems but now with this app it helped me a lot thank you Oral-B

Bluetooth doesn’t work

The bluetooth tracking often shows the brush in a different area than it really is or nowhere at all

Cool app not without flaws tho

Pretty cool app, with tracking the quadrants and giving you at score with how thorough you are with brushing. Only thing I notice is it seems to be a little in accurate at times. Hopefully this can be improved with an update or
something. Also first time I used
It just didn’t track the time? Idk

Missing spotsl

Every time i washed a spot it would ignore me and it would sometimes go on another spot 🫩

Great app and toothbrush

Everything works amazing expect every time I turn on my toothbrush some of the modes disappear and it sometimes gets where I’m brushing in my mouth wrong

Fun and easy

I have sparkly teeth now 🤩

Dark mode

Can we please get a dark mode and a dark app icon

Very buggy!

Use the app 3 times a day. It is CONSTANTLY stopping before I finish brushing all areas and tells me I need to do a better job. Not a very reliable app to keep track of your brushing habits.

Floss reporting and location sensing

The most recent version of the app only asks about flossing once a day. I’ve been a religious twice a day flossed and would kindly request that the floss question be asked for every brushing session.

The location sensing favors the left side and frequently it requires lots of extra effort and time to get the system to recognize I’m brushing on the right side, particularly the top right. I’ll be brushing the top right and without leaving the area the location sensor shows I’m brushing on the left side.

Never shows right area

What happened to flossing in the morning? Why did that disappear and now only shows in the evening? It shows I’m brushing my upper and lower teeth at the same time which is totally incorrect and impossible!
