Date issue in my whoop app

As of today, 13 September 2026, the WHOOP app is not syncing data for the current date. The app is still showing 12 September 2026 and is not updating at all.

I have already tried contacting customer support, but I have not received a proper or relevant solution to resolve this issue. Please look into this urgently and provide a correct solution, as my data for 13 September is not being synced.

We understand that you don’t have an official sales operation in Brazil, but that doesn’t prevent us from purchasing the device.

It would cost you very little to make the app available in Brazilian Portuguese. Today, with AI, developers can translate an app in a matter of seconds.

Please consider your Brazilian community. Many people in Brazil use WHOOP, and having the app available in Brazilian Portuguese would greatly improve the user experience.
