Great Toothbrush
I have tried an electric toothbrush a few times in my life but never really liked them. I just got this toothbrush and so far really enjoy it and feel I am brushing and keeping care of my teeth better. I really like how you can use the app to see when you have finished brushing each section of teeth in your mouth. It is crazy it knows that!

Tempremental
The App is great. The brush unit is brilliant when it works properly. Our brush unit is about 4 years old. Soon after it was 2 years old it started playing up. It might work perfectly for a few days and then all of a sudden mid use it just stops indicating it’s out of battery when clearly it shouldn’t be. I’ve tried multiple times resetting manually and also through the app. It’s frustrating I just want to bin the thing. We’ve bought another iO brush without connectability and this although basic in its functionality is so much more reliable.

The tracking is terrible and it doesn’t understand where the brush is
Not working
Why doesn’t record the use I have the lates update and I still have the problem that doesn’t record every time I used I do it sometimes double and since they updated to the version that you don’t see if recording it always crashes. Please bring back the version when you can see if is recording the used.

No second handle option
I want to add a second handle so I can brush at home and at my boyfriend’s house without taking my brush every time. No place to do this in the app. I have to delete the first brush to add the second, which also erases all of my data. The app needs more useful features like this instead of features telling me why I need the app…that I already have. Seems like a huge oversight. It’s also incredibly annoying that every search online says it’s possible, but the option doesn’t exist in the app.
