Service issue
I was having van pickup from from ameerpet and they should take me to the rajendra nagar with pickup van later. 20min before the driver or some one called us and said that you’ve to go to rajendra nagar by own transport and they’ll refund the amount, once we reached at the location they’re not lifting the call and they’ll refund amount we given to travel it got loss. Who is responsible for this.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Orange travel operator. Despite booking my seat in advance, the service was cancelled at the last minute — and this isn’t the first time. It seems like cancelling booked services has become a regular practice for them, which causes major inconvenience and ruins travel plans. There’s no professionalism, and customer support is also unhelpful when you try to get clarity.
And also charging port are not working properly.
And also customer care people never pick the call immediately, like answer call after attempting lot of times.
Travellers, please be cautious before booking with this operator. Reliability is a key part of travel, and unfortunately, this service lacks it entirely.

Mr. Sunil Kumar, you created orange tours to provide service to people ensuring comfort and reliability. Unfortunately it looks like Orange has themselves missed the bus or should I say Messed the bus. Worst experience.
Worst maintenance
Charging ports are not working and no responsibility from the bus attendant and driver. Will never book a ticket again

Third class service they will call u late on journey date and say your booked bus is breakdown and u have change seat if u r trying to booking please don’t do this is third class service

Worst journey ever
My journey with Orange Travels OTT 43 was a nightmare. They charged ₹1000 for luggage well within the limits, and the driver and cleaner behaved rudely, disrespecting customers. The bus we were traveling in was seized midway, forcing us to change buses three times. In the second bus, they abandoned us at a roadside dhaba, telling us to arrange our own transport for the remaining 150 km. This caused us to spend an additional ₹1000 per person, resulting in a loss of over ₹5000 per person. The journey started with a 4-hour delay for pickup, and instead of reaching Hyderabad by 7 AM, we are now delayed until 12 PM, causing us to miss an important interview. Using a seized vehicle, blackmailing passengers for extra charges, and showing zero accountability are serious violations of consumer rights. As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, every consumer has the right to be protected from unfair trade practices, receive services of an acceptable quality, and seek redressal for grievances. I will file a case against Orange Travels under the Consumer Protection Act to hold them accountable for this horrifying experience.

My sincere suggestion better to close your travel business . All are requested to not to opt for this travels . Go for VRL or other travels . Once again iam requesting and suggesting all passengers not to go for orange travels it is garbage travels . They deserve no star rating but for the sake of review iam giving 1star.

Worst service and experience ever pune to Hyderabad route
Back to back third time, multi axle bus got cancelled and had allocated regular 2nd sleeper bus in the last moment, had no choice than to accept. Quality of the bus and service is became 2nd class, driver stopped bus way ahead of boarding point and family had to run towards with luggage and kid. Worst service at all, not gonna use or recommend Orange travels again!

Terrible terrible service
Today I traveled from hubli to Bangalore and we were supposed to reached Bangalore Madiwala at 6:15 , that’s the main reason I had booked the bus but it was a nightmare experience for all the customers and me to reach Madiwala at 9:15 am
We plan our day and office around it and it just turned my day upside down. The driver was so rude to us and started yelling when we questioned the timings . He had stopped twice in the midnight which we had no knowledge abtout n for washroom breaks the stop was for an hour !!
All of this led to the delay and he conveniently put it on traffic and once we questioned him
He started abusing and yelling

More than 50 times I travelled by orange but this time
Bus was not Tidy curtains bed sheets and pillow covers are dirty no water given and on power in charging ports

Pathetic service dont use it ever
Worst service ever. The bus has changed from multi axle to normal one last 30 mins before the bus. AC doesnt work at all. Engine gets heated up and fumes coming out of it. They Opened window since the AC doesnt work. That too holding it with a water bottle it fell down in between with force, super dangerous. Washroom breaks arent there until asked and forced for it. Engine gets heated up so the driver is going at 50 speed and reached destination at 3Pm while we are supposed to reach at 8-9Am in the morning. When the bus breaks down we have to literally wait on the road no one answers their calls from their own company and we wait on road for ever. Payed so much for nothing. Overall the worst bus travel service ever. Disclaimer- “You wanna try it , do it at your own risk”.

They are doing some shady business and woke everyone up in the middle of the night at exactly 3:35 am and asked to shift to another bus. Total sleep and peaceful journey got disturbed. On top of that we are delayed by 2 hours.
Boarded bus at Bangalore silkboard by 9:30pm but still haven’t reached Tirupati at least after 3:40 am in the morning

Ticketless people on the bus. Using fowl language
I happen to book orange for my recent travel .
We noticed 2 people were boarded in the bus who were sitting in the walking area( aile).
They spoke loudly and used fowl language too. There were women and children on the bus who could hear this fowl language .
Shame on this travel . They don’t care about safety and allow anyone in the bus to risk passengers. Never book with orange if you want to be safe.
This is my last booking with them .

I booked ticket in this and they cancelled the bus and informed before 2 hours of journey. Buses are also old . Only the outside look is good. No amenities inside. Please don’t get cheated. Don't book tickets in this.
