Great product, even better customer service
If you’re a small business owner, you already know that the list of tasks to do each day is endless. This CRM system helps keep everything in order and automates so many of the small repetitive tasks that I don’t need to hire a secretary.

Best software for detailing
Hands down the best software for detailing will not be disappointed
None of the others are better
I’ve tried a lot of other service provider apps and used them along side OrbisX and none of them compare. Housecall pro, jobber, Zipity, unable, and detail bookie. OrbisX has a HUGE list of features all built in to one app. I have not had to download another app for my detail business. I have messagaging, calling, payments, clients, automated booking, custome website forms, inventory tracking, clock in and out, track you guys and send automated reminders ALL IN ONE APP. Plus it’s great for shops and for mobile businesses. My wife uses it for her cleaning company cause it’s so much better than the rest. And it’s cheaper then all the rest above when you compare features.
And to top it all off. It’s one price. No “add more employees for $5” or “add this feature for more money” there is one price and it Includes it all. No tricks. And I’ve seen the owner in the OrbisX Facebook chat add a toggle or feature DAY OF when someone post it in the Facebook chat… That’s why OrbisX is the best Software ever created for the service industry especially automotive services.

Wonderful CRM and Company
I own an Auto Detailing business and was ready to get a food CRM as I was growing and scaling. When I asked in a detailing group I was in multiple people recommended OrbisX. I’m glad they did because it is an amazing platform. Great as an owner, for employees and customers. Big or small. On top of that the customer service is top notch. As I was setting it up i found the videos extremely helpful but had questions more specific to what I wanted and needed. They were always prompt and patient with their responses. Amazing app and company. Can’t recommend enough.

The PERFECT app for detailers
This app and the OrbisX platform has helped our business tremendously. Great organization tools, easy to read calendars, easy integrations. All around great. Oh, and an actual response from the app creator with any questions you might have. 10/10 recommend.

OrbisX is hands down the #1 tool for your business to have. It takes some time to setup due to it’s incredibly large array of tools/services it offers, but once initial setup is done it will automate your business! The 1 review that says these reviews are fake, just doesn’t understand you need to sign up on OrbisX.com or you wont be able to login.

Best Auto Detailing software.
I’ve done months of research and testing and OrbisX is hands down the BEST software for auto detailing I’ve found. Shawn is truly talented and very kind and is always answering questions and being innovative with the program. If you’re on the hunt for a software to go with, your hunting is over. Great App Saved My Rating!
We do great work in our detailing business. But OrbisX saved us from a bad review that probably would have been a one or two stars on google. All because the customer didn’t know a clay bar doesn’t remove scratches or swirl marks. Even after we told them on the phone and in person. Thank you Shawn and OrbisX for saving us.

World class app for car detailers, tinters, and more!
Saying an app in world class is a pretty big statement — a statement which OrbisX lives up to!
There’s a little bit of a learning curve when you begin using the app due to all of the features but Shawn has tons of great video tutorials and is always there to answer any questions.

Came from house call pro. This system is phenomenal the first week I had 4 maintenance clients compliment the system and the fact they were reminded of their appointment the day before and the ease of use. Great system definitely worth getting
