Horrible AI service
I didn’t know I was submitting prior to writing review. I have purchased several Dexcom products and now Omnipod products that have been defected. My doctor submitted a prior authorization for all of these items and . So after I paid for these defective medical devices and received vouchers to replace them at drugstore, i was told that they CVS could not replace them because of expired PA. Meanwhile Oscar did not yet approve the PA submitted yesterday. Their paid customer service rep could only repeat her script. It was also extremely loud in the call center sweat shop. After I make a similar request for the Omnipod. Remember I’ve already paid about $80 for each of these items. The Oscar ai tells me to go to the ER if I’m feeling suicidal. Pretty big jump from me accusing you of fraudulent practices. It is. I’m not sure whether CVS owns Oscar or vice versa, but it’s a scam to require a prior authorization on something I have literally already paid $180 for. OSCAR, CVS are scamming its customers by requiring approval twice. Their ai questions your mental health. There were no curse words or inappropriate exclamations. Waiting 48 and now 72 hours for a replacement pump and sensor because they can’t be bothered on the weekends. Roughly 29% of our lives occur on the weekends.

I can’t update the new version of the app to pay my bill.

I’m sick as a dog I’m trying to log into my app. The whole reason why I stayed with Oscar was because of the virtual app and to be this sick and for to keep telling me that I need to update my app in order to even login I’ve been trying to update the app for over an hour and it’s just showing the circle as if it’s working to download and has yet to do so- like I said there were more affordable plans and I told my agent and I was gonna stick with Oscar because I love the app but to be this sick and not even be able to login is a nightmare

This app is absolutely garbage. Its my new insurance i cant ever send a message to my provider because it keeps crashing everytime i attempt to setup an appointment.

What is accounts.hioscar.com and why doesn't the fingerprint work on the ipad. I use the fingerprint login, then there's a message and I have to enter the password anyway.

Can't log in
The keyboard doesn't fit in the smaller app shape on the iPad. No keyboard means I can't log in. I tried clicking the tiny green icon on the top left to expand the app, it does nothing.

The app is so garbage it won’t let me email my PCP. Call anyone. I don’t know what’s going on with this app. Oscar needs to fix the issue that’s going on with their app plus all the changes they have done making it harder to even afford to see someone.

Stop locking me out of my account
This app constantly locks you out despite putting in the right password. I need my bloodwork and am locked out for 30 - 60 minutes. Thanks.
Can’t login
For some reason the login system opens up the internet instead of just having you type your login in. That internet just goes to a white page.

An agent from Oscar spoke with me over the phone and asked me for more information. I had to give my Social Security number to this person named Juradi or Yoradi. I hope this isn't a scam—I don't understand why that representative is causing a problem.

The worst health insurance
I cannot login to my account on a Saturday because the customer service is closed on weekends, and my account was locked after 2 failed login attempts. They make you create an unnecessarily extravagant password. Why can’t health insurance be simple?
Terrible UX
The worst provider I’ve ever had. Period. They go out of their way to prevent you from copying your ID number for pasting, like getting a bloodwork appointment, for example. Of course, it’s probably hidden away just like so many other things in the app. But come on — why disallow copy and paste.?

So many broken buttons, terrible AI
They will deny a claim and say to read the EOB for an explanation. But the button to see the EOB doesn’t work. Their AI chat bot for seeing care is trash. I didn’t know Walgreens wasn’t an in-network pharmacy but instead their AI tried to gaslight me by saying there no place called Walgreens.
