Just awful
Hard to set up, hard to use, there is nothing positive in my experience with this app.

Einfach nur schlecht. Benachrichtigungen werden auf der watch angezeigt und bestätigt und was passiert, genau, nichts! Also App wieder manuell öffnen und bestätigen. Eine absolute Katastrophe.
Push notifications always disappear
Up until the latest release a month ago, the first notification of the day would disappear and following notifications would be normal. Now all notifications disappear. This update was a step backwards.
compatibility
app works fine on my iphone, it would be even better if i could authorize authentication on my apple watch though. so if the app could be used on my watch that would fantastic.
The worst
This app is a complete disaster. It’s bad enough we have to use this app but it constantly crashes and the notification disappears so you have to open the phone and find the app to be able to use it.
Could be better
The app banner disappears too quick. Could not authenticate at one point and the hassle to try and figure out why it would not work was so difficult

Bad response time
The app doesn't respond quickly and Multiple failed attempts causing slower operating times at the dealership.
Glitchy
The smartphone push notification often does not appear on screen to press accept even though you can see the it in the banner notification. Very annoying because it is intermittent. Restarted the iPhone to fix it a few times. Also it should not require login so often
iOS: push notification badge doesn’t persist
Practically every time i get a push notification from this app on my iPhone, the notification badge disappears, which then causes me to have to locate the app on my phone, open it, and then possibly have to navigate to recent requests within the app in order to approve the push notification. I’m at the latest release. Super annoying!! Please fix!!

This app just doesn’t work properly. Actually sends the push notification it should about 1/3rd of the time.
Unreliable
Nothing strong and reliable about it. Better off using Duo or Google Auntheticator but we’re stuck with this app to get to my work log in.
Inconsistent
Authenticator doesn’t always show authentication requests in notifications. When logging in to my application and an authentication request is pushed to NetIQ, many times you need to open the app to see and approve the request.
Also lacks approving from Lock Screen. Other Authenticator allow users to accept/reject from the notification on the Lock Screen after passing Face ID without the need to open the phone and app to accept/reject the request

Poorly made, hard to set up
Tried at least 10 times when I got my new phone to re-set up the app and login credentials. It’s way too vague with the setup steps and gives little to no support on how to fix issues

This app is so frustrating, after failed attempts at putting in my pin I now can’t access anything related to my work. If I could give it no stars I would
Pin for access
The default pin the access failed to provide authentication now. Looks like there’s no way to reset it and deletes your data after failed attempts.
Performance Super, Anbindung fehlt
Seitdem ich von iPhone 11 auf 15 umgestiegen bin, bekomme ich die Anfragen nicht mehr auf meine Apple Watch, obwohl in allen Einstellungen Push Nachrichten (auch auf die watch) aktiviert ist, keine der Einstellungen wurde verändert und ich habe alles per Backup übertragen, gab es da ein Update ? :(
Zusatz Funktion?
Ob ihr ein Update raus bringen werdet womit man auf der Apple Watch die Identifizierung bestätigen kann? Ohne das man das es aufm Handy nochmal bestätigen muss
