I love the fact that Outback allows you to customize your order. I have trouble ordering online because there are some things I can’t eat or don’t like. No problem at Outback! 👏❤️

You rewards never work when I try to redeem them and I’ve mad multiple orders and have still not be given any points
Removing Items
Unable to see how to remove items once added. Mainly the add-ins/sides.

This app is terrible it randomly signs you out then makes you do the most to sign back in the interface is terrible I hate everything about it I spend tons of money at this place and I have to struggle to login my own account I believe it’s their way of scamming people out of their rewards
App Experience - Good; Online Payment -Bad
The app has improved and works pretty well. Still can’t use credit card for online payment when doing curbside pickup. Hasn’t worked and STILL doesn’t work…even with different cards. This should be a basic function. Fix your app, Outback!

What’s the point in having an app if your app is down when it’s time to order food.

Great food for the price
I have dined in at this location several times and ordered to go a few times as well. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The food has always been very enjoyable and you do get a lot of food for the money.
