Impossible d’appairer l’appareil en Bluetooth

Je n'arrive pas à apparier mon ECG avec ma tablette iPad pour 2 raisons:
-lors de l'appariement bluetooth, on me demande un mot de passe que je n'ai pas ( sur le manuel, il est noté que le mot de passe est "ecg" mais celà ne fonctionne pas
-l'application mobile PADECG me demande un mot de passe à l'ouverture... que je ne connais pas non plus et je n'ai pas possibilité d'avoir recours à un service chez eux pour le trouver!
