Can’t Fixed Account Problem!

I’m trying to register my new roaming number. Because the old one was rejected after Philippines required to register your phone number my old sim lost signal. But they won’t let me do it because I already have an account. So I contact customer service if the can replace my new number you account she/he told me it will take 7 days so I’ll wait for 7 days nothings happen I still can’t use my account! Very frustrated but anyway! SendWave is my way to sent money to my family nowadays! Hassle free and zero fee!

I am using your app from Italy to send money to Ph. At some point I got problem on not receiving OTP which didn’t allow me to use the app for awhile, eventually when I reinstalled the app I was able to receive the OTP finally, I didn’t know what was wrong with it, anyways… I am hoping I wouldn’t have the same problem again as I really prefer using your app for sending money to my family there. Your customer service is also great… Funds are fully secured with you guys!!! 100%

can’t use the app

masyadong mataas ang ios requirement kya ayaw na magopen ng app..so how can we use the app on phones with lower ios??? pakifix nman po kasi pano nman mkakagamit mga iphone users with low ios..🥲🥲
