Options Removed
The problem with the new version of the app is that it no longer allows you to select a fountain drink as part of a Panda Bundle, and on top of that, if I choose a fountain drink apart from the bundle, I can only select a small drink. It will not allow me to choose medium or large.

I’ve ordered multiple times using this app, I swapped to it to get points instead of using DoorDash a few months ago. The restaurant occasionally gets the order wrong, this instance was ordering and paying for a 12 piece appetizer, but only received a 3 piece. Nowhere in the app is a place to report an issue with the order so it can be corrected. In this scenario I wanted a refund of the difference. Not possible. There’s a “contact us” option where you can report having an issue or complaints/feedback, but no streamlined process like DoorDash to get credited back immediately or at least quickly. Just an email stating they will get to my request as soon as possible. Going back to DoorDash ✌🏻

Can’t use rewards
Every time I try to use rewards, it says to add the specific item (Medium aka carte in this case) so I add one and it tells me can’t apply reward because there isn’t that item in my bag. The hell it isn’t!!! I’ve added 4 different times now! App is frustrating!

Worst app ever
Buttons don’t work, go to add phone number to profile & it makes you sign in over & over & over & you never get it done. Pages load really slow. Needs alot of work. iOS
Buggy Delivery
DO NOT order delivery on this app. We have tried twice now and both time they have delivered to the wrong address. They partner with third party delivery services that are not empathetic about wrong address deliveries and it will take you weeks to get a refund for food you never received.

Panda App Crashed
Been using this app successfully for a few years. Yesterday 8/20/26 this app crashed on me and won’t log me in using my sign in. Deleted the app, reinstalled it and still no go. Oh well, will move on to another local take out Chinese restaurant. It was getting boring ordering the same food (chow mein, walnut shrimp & orange chicken) over and over again. And yes, my phone is virus free.

Very little chicken
I picked up my order and there were 4 very small pieces of chicken on each one of our meals, to pay almost 10.00 for a rice bowl and get just very little protein it’s not okay.
