Fix your app
The app has buttons at the bottom that don't work. Every time I've downloaded it, it's been like this, and the I usually go to the website instead. Incredibly annoying!
Functional but click count a bit high and some latency loading pages

I love it every time I go.
Where my complete order?
I get home expecting my pickup order to be : chow
Main , Bejing beef, orange chicken and king pow chicken.
All I got was chow mein and bejing beef.
So I drove back (10 miles round trip)
I had to wait 12-15 minutes
The panda person finally handed me my order and says
“Sorry for the mistake - we put in an extra orange chicken”
So I drove home and found that somehow I had lost my bejing beef.
I will probably not be using the Panda app anymore.
Gave one star because every Panda employee was polite.
But they sure need practice

Always on point
We are never disappointed in the fast paced friendly service at the Greenwood Panda Express. This place is obviously run well. The food is the same good quality every time.

The app needs an update everytime I open it, several times I don’t order because of this. Updating this review to say again- once again I’m not ordering anything because I have to update the app and it takes too long.

I love coming to panda the customer service is always good and my portion and quality of the food is always amazing.
Great food, terrible deals
Amazing food, but Probably the worst app in all of fast food in terms of receiving deals or discounts. “Wok Wednesday” is a joke of a feature
Drive thru timer
Made an order in the drive thru and was made to drive around the building because my order wasn’t ready. I asked if I could wait at the window until someone else pulled up They said no because they have a timer. They care more about the store numbers instead of customer convenience. I waited in front of the store and then pulled up and got my order. No one came to the window while I waited.

Food too expensive
Your food is too expensive, you need to make getting rewards more attainable and with more money off. This is why I don’t order from you much.
App functions great but has design flaws
The pick up name and order name didn’t match. Causing confusion. Why does my app say Robert everywhere but my pick up order was under Bobby. Also it always defaults to 25 minutes after placing an order. That’s inconvenient for quick easy ordering.

It doesn’t work most of the time. You can’t access the menu on each individual item if using a new location and can only load the same item. Sometimes it won’t even open the menu at all.
