Bad delivery drivers
The app and points are great but papa Gino’s uses DoorDash/uber/grubhub or whoever to do their deliveries and they suck! I’ve had them straight up not deliver my food or bring it to the wrong place multiple times

I’ve been eating Papa Gino’s since I grew up in Maine and Dad’s softball team would go to the one at the Auburn Mall after a game. Now I order food from the local shop for my family. However, they are really annoying with the emails and notifications. I’ve received emails and app notifications THE DAY AFTER we ordered. You know what we’re having for dinner the day after we get Papa Gino’s? It’s DEFINITELY NOT MORE PAPA GINO’S! Maybe if they had waited a week or so, the offer wouldn’t seem so ridiculous. I don’t care if it’s 10% or 20% or even 50% off, I’m not ordering Papa Gino’s for two days in a row!
There’s no way to turn off notifications in the app that I could find, so I went ahead and disabled notifications in my iPhone settings instead. They lost the privilege.
