Delete session
There should be a way to delete the parking session once you leave the parking area. I went to downtown Columbus on a Sunday. Not realizing it was free, I attempted to pay through the app. I went ahead and did the whole process. It was free. But it also created a session on my phone for 12 hours.
It would be excellent if I could remove when not needed or wanted.

Predatory practices
I was charged for parking on a Sunday, in a zone where parking is free on Sundays because I didn’t know parking on Sundays was free. Instead of displaying a clear message stating “Parking on Sundays is free” or charging $0 like they used to do, they apparently now just charge you for the next business day. So I was charged for Monday 8-10 AM even though my parking session actually took place on Sunday. And then they claim they cannot refund me. Absolutely ludicrous and infuriating. Never using again.

Doesn’t warn of zone requirements
Me and multiple people got tickets on goodale because I guess they require reverse parking in this tiny sliver of road. The app didn’t give any kind of heads up about the need to reverse. Do better.
Newest Update Sucks
With the newest update, reservations have been moved off the app onto a web browser. This only makes sense if you actively hate your customers and want their experience to be worse and less consistent. Thanks for proving that parking is a parasitic scam to leech money off of hard-working people!
Payment Methods
The app only allows you add payment methods but not edit or remove them. Had to use their website to update my payment methods. So frustrating when all I want to do is pay 80 cents to park my car

Ive spent over an hour trying to locate parking in the Short North. Supposedly you can search by location and zones. NO parking areas appear by location and there isn’t a map with zones.

After paying I got a Violation
Signed in after not using the mobile app for a while, paid via Apple Pay, went on my way, no notifications that anything didn’t go thru, till 4 hours later there was a parking violation and no history of transaction in the app. $4.21 became $30. Calling support gets you a AI assistant that doesn’t understand anything and send you in a loop. Beyond outraged.

Payment not being accepted
It's bad enough that parking in Columbus is a nightmare, but now your payment system is just as dysfunctional. Despite having money in my account, I have to try multiple times just to pay for parking. And it's not just me—several of my friends and coworkers are dealing with the same issue. In a city where parking is scarce and walking isn’t an option, the least you could do is make sure your app actually works.

Used app for years - now won’t let me add vehicle
My vehicle disappeared in the app and it won’t let me add a vehicle. I’m now unable to use this app to park. Please fix!

While using the app today on Civic Center drive I was assessed a parking ticket for “meter non payment.” So convenient!
What’s wrong with parking meters?
Seriously, I don’t want an app and another account. What was wrong with parking meters? It took me 5 minutes to download this app, sign up, add the zone, add my license plate and pay. I used to be able to just drop a few quarters in and call it a day.

No warning that you had to have an account set up beforehand, and whats worse than that is you cannot remove any of your payment methods!!! At least a meter didn’t hold my credit card information hostage.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used
First off I don’t live in the city so trying to navigate the parking whenever I come in town is a big enough pain. Then you have to use this janky app to pay makes it even worse.
Unable to edit
If a minor mistake happens, for instance typing in the wrong zone number or license plate number and not realizing till submitting payment, we should be able to edit or change the mistake in the app. Instead the app won’t allow changes forcing the customer to pay for parking twice to avoid a parking ticket. Please offer cancellations or edits to be made.

Will not work with you
I made a mistake in listing the wrong license plate when I parked and ended up getting a $50 ticket. I tried to explain the situation and see if they might offer a refund. The customer service was unhelpful, unfriendly, and couldn’t work with me at all.
Most companies or services have some refund policy or customer service where they will hear you out. They did not remotely try to work with me and I’m very disappointed with the whole thing.
