Infuriating that it saves a “default payment method” but doesn’t allow you to use this payment method when booking a session and you have to manually enter your card details every time.

first of all paying for parking and being apart of the scheme screams loser. if i’m going to have to pay i would at least like the app to work as i’m trying to pay. built and run by losers
Many Bugs
Payment usually doesn’t go through. Have to try different cards. Then confirmation had a bunch of “null” fields. Now I need to request a refund?
Parking.com App
I can’t book at the train station because it’s so crowded and I can’t find anywhere to sit then I get on the train to book parking and I’m having a difficult time. I still say the app is not user friendly.
Worst Parking App
This app is unbelievably frustrating to use for what should be such a simple task. I would absolutely not use this app if my city didn’t require me to do so to access a particular parking deck. Impossible to find, select and pay for what I need.
Worst app on my phone
No question that this is the worst most poorly designed app on my phone. Each time I have to use it, it takes me 20 to 30 minutes to complete a parking reservation. I can’t believe they haven’t improved it.

This app is extremely unintuitive. It takes forever to enter information – a simple two dollar transaction takes 10 minutes of fiddling.

Not trusty
I went to chicago, city super expensive including parking, used this app and gave me really good prices, 16$ for a full day in downtown when is usually around 5$/h, when i tried to exit the parking lot i owed 50$, had to wait 30min and explain the workers that i paid in full using this app and they did not understand how i paid 16$.

Worst parking app I’ve ever used
Every time I park I have to enter everything. Everything? EVERYTHING!!! I already saved my vehicle and payment info to my profile, yet every time I park I have to enter it again.

Hard to use
Logged in but can't find parking sessions. Even online it's the same issue. Very slow app overall.
Terrible
I’m finding this app useless. It keeps sending me on endless loop to reset password. I can’t get a receipt from recent parking or anywhere to get help. I regret using it!
