Worst parking app I’ve ever used
Every time I park I have to enter everything. Everything? EVERYTHING!!! I already saved my vehicle and payment info to my profile, yet every time I park I have to enter it again.

Logged in but can't find parking sessions. Even online it's the same issue. Very slow app overall.

I’m finding this app useless. It keeps sending me on endless loop to reset password. I can’t get a receipt from recent parking or anywhere to get help. I regret using it!

App is very buggy. Add to wallet feature doesn’t work anymore. Saved credit cards no longer work.

I spent over 20 minutes trying to park. I eventually had to move my car to a free parking spot several blocks away. You cannot enter payment information….You can type it in but you cannot submit it. The button is hidden under the keyboard. The scan on the credit card does not work. It reads any number on your card. For example a phone number. It reads partial card numbers. It reads so quickly that you cannot position correctly fast enough. You cannot edit your default payment option. You can only change the nickname. It is a terrible app with so many critical flaws.

Garbage app
Put a reservation for 4-11:30, and it changed it to 6-11. What a waste of money and time, waiting for my refund. Don’t get this awful app for parking there are plenty of other apps

Took money and no pass issued.
Could not get website to work on iPhone or iPad. Then tried iPhone app. It cashed my credit card but then gave error and did not issue the pass. I then cancelled but it did not issue a refund. Had a friend try on their iPhone and it did not work for them either. Tried the phone number to parking.com and that did not work either. Total ripoff!

Terrible app. Even after you’ve entered all your information (including license plate), it errors out saying license playe is blank.
Horrible onboarding
I downloaded the app, I put in all my information to park. After my session was activated it asked me if i wanted to create an account. I said yes. It then cleared all my information. I had to put it in a second time. Then i created a user name and password. It then made me log in. Then it didn’t have my session at all.
