Unable to do anything in app. Rebooted phone too. Saturday afternoon.
Spam notifications
The app sends marketing push notifications about gift cards even when marketing notifications are set to Off. This is a problem because I need notifications about the meter running out when I use the app, so I cannot just turn off notifications entirely.
Quicker and Easy
Always great to use the park mobile app across various locations and it’s easy to identify parking spots and simplified process to pay.
Update Required; Can't Use
Certain categories of apps should seek to service everyone, not just the people with the newest iOS versions. A parking app is one of them.
Serious tech issues
Abhorrent support; and the newest update used cut rate developers. App and website both failed and the chat bot bottom of the barrel. Nearby villages use Passport Parking and I’m asking our Mayor to do the same.
Lots of errors I can’t pay
Can’t pay because of errors and then I get tickets

Errors out at last step of a multi-step process, such as oops sorry number of cars limit reached or card expired, start over. C’mon, check those things at the very beginning.

Time wheel is silly
Good app. Really would prefer to just enter numbers instead of spinning the time wheel
Worst App Ever
I’m trying to park after dropping my husband off at the emergency room door at the hospital and the system here is set up terribly and takes your money for nothing! I took a photo of the section number on the wall where I parked, assuming it was relevant to payment and tried the kiosk first. The prompt says enter number (with no specification) so I entered the number from the wall, then asked for your payment, then a tag printed and I saw that the number on it was supposed to be the license number. So I try adding the app to my phone so I don’t get a ticket. I enter my email and card info then it says “start session,” but doesn’t ask for my license plate number~ as it turns out, I had a license plate in the system from years ago when I used the app in the past, so it automatically linked that to the session)~ I was never given a chance to enter a different license plate. I call for assistance and after an hour on hold, the guy tells me that they cannot stop the session or refund me. So now I’m out double my money and missed over an hour of helping my husband in the emergency room! I will never use this App again!

The app was super confusing and customer service was absolutely horrid. I haven’t used it in a long time tried to park somewhere today. It simply asked me the Zone I was in in the parking space and then went right to payment and only after payment did it become obvious that you had a change a previously stored plate they don’t let you change the plate in the app at all even though I contacted immediately so now I have to pay twice for the same freaking parking space just so I don’t get a ticket absolute garbage
