You can’t cancel upcoming reservations
If your plans change and you don’t need parking anymore, TOO BAD! ParkMoble takes your money anyway and will not give it back even though you didn’t actually use the service. Buyer beware, ParkMoble thinks they are entitled to your money just for using their app…
Garbage
I wish there was an incentive for the company to make a usable app alas, there isn’t. Towns, cities who use this companies app please change companies. This app is garbage.
Poor policy
The app is fine but the company policy is not customer friendly. I got a ticket after a few minutes of my parking expired. The next I parked I made sure I extended but we decided to leave right after that so I didn’t need to extend it. I reached out to customer service and they don’t refund mistakes so they happily take your money even though you aren’t parking. Be careful to just add enough time to cover up to the second since they bank on you overpaying for your parking. Good for their business… bad for your wallet

ParkMobile pass through
Beware… ParkMobile is just a pass through app that connects to the owners of the garage companies. If you try to request a refund with ParkMobile, they will tell you they can’t. Yes, it’s easy to reserve but make sure you know the limitations.
Didn’t work
Wasn’t able to verify phone number so I couldn’t use the app. I entered the correct number but the app said it wasn’t right. Therefore the app was not useable.
Trash
This app is trash. It’s not user-friendly you sign up for the easy pay thing that’s supposed to take your picture in and out and deduct from your account that way signed up for a properly used. It didn’t work filed an appeal. They denied the appeal so I still had to pay for everything plus the $25 administration fee and a 250 convenience fee you know to pay online because that’s how you have to pay everything nowadays and they gave me excuse while we didn’t did where you park doesn’t take pictures of the license plate in the summons they sent me. It had a picture of my tag in my car, and they did denied my appeal when I explained all this they even admitted that I was signed up properly for that part of the app, but still now

Sucks; tries to rip you off
Won’t let you simply play for the desired time. Now it wants you to load up a wallet with extra money instead of simply paying for parking. USE ANOTHER APP

Locks you in with no option to change a license plate.
I used this app once two years ago and when I was trying to put my info in it auto selected a rental jeep from a state 1000 miles away and gave me no option to alter the plate. Essentially stealing $10. Only option was to pay again with the correct plate.

All it does is show a few parking garages Google Maps could’ve done that now you got my info for free go F yourself
Can never find the Zone number
Other apps are so much better than this one. Location is constantly finding 100’s of zones but cannot narrow it down.

Time and money saving app!! I can’t express how reliable this app has been for me having to deal with parking in downtown Philly has become a bit of a hassle. An expensive one at that! Park Mobile’s pricing out does every parking lot and parking garage by far!! I highly recommend you use them!
The number on the sign didn’t match the map
The sign indicates another zone than the map. Left as I didn’t want to risk a ticket. Dumb app

Easy to find and pay for parking… but when I arrived the lot was full. Doesn’t do much good to prepay parking if you don’t control there being a spot when I arrive…. And good luck trying to get a refund.
Scam
Charged twice for absolutely nothing. Message stating that there was a problem with the transaction, but charged my credit card twice. AVOID!
10% fee to use the app?!
