Charged for Free parking hours , poor customer service
Parked in Birmingham, MI on a Friday from 9–10 PM. Street parking there is free after 9 PM, yet the app charged me anyway. Contacted customer support about it and never heard back. The app should know local enforcement hours before taking people's money.

You shouldn’t have to endure a 10 minute process signing up with phone number and email to pay for a 3 minute parking session. This app is literally farming our data, and the physical machines, which would be much quicker and not require us submitting our data, often do not work so that we have to use these apps. Scammy app
Makes it easy to park with a wrong/default car and hard to remove the old car or cancel the sessions, causing double charging. Support is useless
Don’t use Apple Cash or you’ll lose it and still have to pay more for parking
I signed up for the 30-day free trial to avoid the $0.60 fee for every 30 minutes of parking. I figured it would save me money while on vacation, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Three separate times, I tried paying for parking with Apple Cash, received an error, and no parking time was added—but they still took the money all three times. So, I essentially paid the fees plus extra, making the free trial completely pointless. I’d like my money refunded, but they make it extremely difficult to get your money back. Good luck!

Can’t use app cause can’t verify through text. Need an other method like “what’s app”!!
Disaster in terms of policy
App good but I parked in ni beach and accidentally selected wrong plate form old car . no way to cancel or change active session no refund ! While I was figuring things out and stepped away 50 feet I got ticket as well . Support didn’t provide any help and no phone number just dumb chat that says you can’t cancel active session .

Really like the convenience of this app. Not sure if I’ve missed it but it would be nice if there was an option to see your last parking spot in order to extend the time quicker if you missed the window while it was still open.
Overpriced!
Paid $48 for advanced parking for a baseball game when I arrived the lot had “event parking” for $30. There was no attendant or gate for my “reserved spot” so it was first come! Reached out to ParkMobile and not helpful at all! STAY AWAY!
Unable to End Session
I enjoy the app and its convenience, however, I would like the option to end my session early.
No mistakes allowed
Man do not do something like choose the wrong vehicle. No way to change plates, no way to cancel or change anything, nothing to do but just literally pay again. AI help agent is dumb as a sack of rocks and no human to be found (have been waiting for over 10 minutes now). Typical modern half-assed customer unfriendly garbage. If you have a choice between parking with these guys or parking across the river and swimming…the gators will only make you pay once.

Interface and logon BROKEN
I have tried on multiple stressful occasions (with parking personnel circling the block) to log on to my account and I am no longer able to. A text keyboard pops up over the verification page and I’m caught in a loop because texting and emailing the verification code never comes. This account and app had worked for me in the past but for the past year it has been broken and I have been unable to pay for parking. THE WORST and incredibly frustrating to be standing on the street with a small child trying to do a secondary verification that seems completely

Can’t verify license plate
App doesn’t let you verify the correct license plate before taking your money and then you can’t modify the plate number after booking. Absolutely terrible.
Must sign up for trial for their subscription service before your can pay for parking.
You can't use this app just to pay for parking. After entering all your info, the app will refuse to let you enter your spot if you decline to sign up their monthly subscription. I am so annoyed!

Broken
Cant create an account. Log in with google “sometjing went wrong” log in with apple “something went wrong” try email? Freezes on the verification step. Fix your terrible app
Unreliable app
Because the app is not working properly, I’m not getting the discount the city is providing. Virtually no customer support from the app either to resolve the problem
