I took my daughter to paultons 30 years ago. It was great then but now with my granddaughter fantastic. Absolutely brilliant. They have thought of everything for a wonderful day out. We have bought season tickets, so worth the money.
Paultons park
it is a really good place and has amazing rides. i prefer to many other places because it has something for all age groups. it doesnt have much queue times too so its just an amazing adventure.
Photo part doesn’t work
Paid for photos, scanned QR codes but no photos appear! Tried and tried again. Can’t contact support other than to have a message which might get a reply in 48 hours.

Great app for a theme park
I’ve been to theme parks all over the world and never seen an app like this that helps you navigate the park. About time! Sure this app will set the trend for other theme parks. Fantastically well designed UI and useful features. Great day out too! 👏
Lost all my tickets!!
I updated the app now all my tickets are blank when I click on them!!! No QR or details, it’s was working fine before

Paultons park APP
Rating the app not the park itself because this review section is about the app 🙄 it was good when downloaded and entered all information but… when we arrived at Paultons park there was no internet signal (using 5G phone) so was unable to use the app while at the park which was the whole point in downloading this app! I could not look at que times when I needed to. There was free wi-Fi you could connect to which didn’t work properly either. Apparently the park is surrounded by forest. The app is pointless if it doesn’t work while at the park.

Disappointing performance
I have visited on a few occassions now and as soon as you get to the park 4g struggles and then the app wont load. You then turn to onsite wifi and this cant cope with capacity. When it works its great giving upto date queue times to nearby rides.
Upped its game!
We had an absolutely brilliant day at Paultons Park today and managed to fit in 12 fantastic rides, more than we’ve done in a theme park in ages! Last time we went to Legoland we managed only 3 rides in the whole day as the ques were so long. There’s so many new rides here and they’re all brilliant. Thank you Paultons Park for a wonderful day.

Due to the park being in the forest the reception was awful. Couldn’t really use the app and was unable to make call to my partner to locate her when she went on certain rides.

Lovely afternoon out
Once again, myself and my grandson had a lovely afternoon out at the park. All the staff are so helpful and friendly without exception. They go out of their way to make you feel extra special and cared for. Thank you so much, Paultons is our favourite place !
Great day out
Visited today for the first time in almost 12 months. We had been season ticket holders but missed the renewal so paid for the day. The new area of tornado Springs was a fabulous add on. Queue times accurate and spotless as always
Paultons App
What a great app, not only does it tell you what rides you and your kids can go on by age, but you can plan your day. It tells you the queue times with directions to where rides are and how long it will take you to get there. Highly recommend.

Very slow and not all of the functions work. A pretty poor attempt.

The trip to Paultons Park was the best decision ever! Amazing rides for all ages, the queues are very well managed , so not too long to wait , and the atmosphere in general it’s just great! You never get bored.
