I like that I have access to my money when I need it, but why do I have to wait 1-3 business days? That defeats the purpose of having when I need it. I shouldn’t have to get another card to do so. It should be available ASAP if it’s linked to a personal bank account.
Use to love it! Now it’s buggy?
Having been using payactiv for a few years and initially loved the app interface and found it easy to navigate and use.
Lately (the past few months) I’ve noticed the app is frequently buggy. 9/10 when I attempt to log in I’m redirected back to the login page multiple times to re-input login credentials or am just stuck on the login page for multiple minutes after inputting login information and receiving no additional information from the app. I’ve been able to access my account using a computer seamlessly.

Better then daily pay
I think they’re way better than DailyPay like they’re Macy’s and I don’t feel stressed out transferring money out because they just snatches your money for you. It makes you feel like all they care about is the next dollar.

OMG, this is actually so cool! 🤯 The Money Request feature is available instantly—I honestly had no idea this even existed. This is my first time trying it out, and I’m really impressed so far.
The only thing I’d love to see next is a higher limit. That would take this feature to a whole new level and make it even more amazing! 🔥🙌

I love Payactiv
I love Payactiv, it’s a blessing to have the option to access a portion of my paycheck early.
They are horrible
When calling in no support they just won’t listen and say they are right when you send proof they are wrong

Very slow
It’s been taking too long to update earnings, sometimes 2-3 days if that longer. This malfunction needs to be fixed. I used to be able to withdraw money with in an hour of clocking out from work, now I can’t do that.

It’s a great app, I just don’t understand why I have to keep exiting and exiting back in bcos it doesn’t register my account till after I close it out for the second time.

Unreliable
Slow at updating available funds, regardless they receive repayment automatically every two weeks from check and they change the amount you get receive per check even when you’re salary and receive the same pay every check.

Broken app
App doesn't work anymore. Always says "check Internet connection". Tried using on data, on different wifi, reinstalled the app, restarted phone, nothing fixed it. I can log in on my laptop but using the app doesn't work.
Great experience
I was having issues connecting my ADP took it to customer service to help and they gladly did a reset.

The worst on demand pay app I’ve ever used.
Signs me out and makes me close out and re-open the app everytime I want to use it. They have the stupidest password rules on the planet and i now forgot my password and have to make a new password to reset it to.
