SCROLL PAST THE FIVE STARS I was just embarrassed at the store because my funds didn’t load and a Payactiv employee did not answer so I used their 510 number who constantly transferred me to an inactive number the funds don’t load daily EVER for over 90 days I’ve had to call just to get my funds and that’s WEIRD no access to my money that I work for unless I call a number ??????? WEIRD!!!!!!!!!! Yall lucky I can’t post the screenshots then chat is ending conversations without making sure they helped you…yea this app is weird

Nothing but issues. Agents hang up or leave the chat and will not fix the issues. No one cares.

Let me sign in once worked fine now it keeps on telling me to verify my identity and times out every time I sign in, most likely a server issue.

I love this app! I was able to relocate to Nevada and start using this app after 5 days of only training! When you move money gets tight so this app has been so helpful in that transition!

Glitchy login
Every time I login on my iPhone it asks me to verify the state I live in and then shows a blank screen on the dashboard. I usually have to close the app and reopen it to actually be able to login and see my available balance.
Awful tech Bad App
Tells me I need to update my card when my card worked fine two weeks ago. When I go to “add an account” that I already have that suddenly disappeared, a tab pops up at the bottom that you can’t even click. Something happens when you want to access your money and the useless tab pops up.

Don't have any expectations bc you'll be disappointed. My employer offers the option to use this app. That's where we clock our hours and everything and for whatever reason paychex says u have to be employed ninety days to access this feature. Not to mention it's super glitchy and my hours never show up. Even my first check paystub didn't appear on the app.. I was lucky I searched my email and it said I got paid through my bank account it's linked to. This app kinda blows

I have to open the app twice every time I use it
Every time I open the app the first time, it asks for my state of residence even though I have my current address on file. Then after that screen everything is blank. So I have to swipe to close the app and open it again, then it works the second time.

Whatever backend they use is trash. We’re in 2026 and it can’t even auto update. My gpt could build a better platform. Only works during the weekdays?? What is this 2001?

I have been using Payactiv since 2025 in for some reason they temporarily locked my account saying I’m not who I am and my name is literally the same on my id and account when I say I done had the worst experience all because they are saying on my id has a ‘ like that’s so crazy to me I have bills to get paid and soon as I told them it’s update my account is still temporary locked ! I talked to literally 5 people from Payactiv and they were no help at all

if the app crashes, expect to go weeks without being able access your money. customer service doesn’t answer 90% of the time. and when they do, they give you the runaround. want to speak to a supervisor? expect to be told no or not get a call back for days (if you even get a call back). wouldn’t recommend this app at all.

Was pleasantly impressed with the app. Allows you to instantly withdraw some of your next paycheck. No debt or credit anything.

My account has been locked for almost a month now. Not able to log in keep receiving a error. Message stating “account is temporarily locked due to suspicious activity.”
When I call, none of the representatives can give me a straightforward answer I’ve been told for almost a month now that it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours which obviously has not happened. I’ve even spoken with a supervisor who assured me that this will be resolved and still no luck. I’ve provided all supporting documents.
They have not been able to resolve this. Think twice before you use this service.
